When exposed to these substances, the conduit retains its fl exibility and does not stiffen or rupture. 11 ANACONDA SEALTITE CONDUIT TYPE HFX BLACK Robust, halogen-free, very flexible, flame retardant and chemical resistant Type HFX is a robust conduit with a galvanised core and a thick, smooth TPU cover that is highly resistant to chemicals, is halogen free and fl ame retardant. It is a very fl exible conduit designed for dynamic applications where frequent movement occurs. When exposed to movement, the conduit retains its fl exibility and integrity even at low operating temperatures; it does not stiffen or rupture. Type HFX meets the stringent requirements of the rail and subway infrastructure, train signalling, rolling stock, marine, petrochemical and chemical industries as well as closed areas like airports, tunnels and subway stations. 13 ANACONDA SEALTITE CONDUIT TYPE HFX-V0 Robust, halogen-free, very flexible, wide temperature range and flame retardant Type HFX-V0 features a galvanised core with a thick, smooth TPU cover which is halogen free and fl ame retardant and meets the smoke, fi re and toxicity requirements of EN 555-2, NFPA 130, ASTM E162, E662 and BSS 7239 standards. Type HFX-V0 is a very robust conduit that retains its fl exibility at low temperatures and changing levels of humidity. The conduit is used to mechanically protect brake sensor, jumper, auto coupler, pantograph cables that are constantly exposed to frequent movement, vibration, stone splash, snow, ice and dirt ballast etc. Construction: Hot dipped galvanised core, square-locked with cord packing, thick smooth Thermoplastic Poly-Urethane (V0-rated TPU) cover. 14 ANACONDA SEALTITE CONDUIT TYPE ZHLS Robust, halogen-free, low smoke, flame retardant Type ZHLS is a robust conduit with a galvanised core and a thick, smooth TPO cover which is both halogen free and fl ame retardant. The conduit meets European environment and health & safety regulations with regards to toxic gas emissions and smoke density requirements in case of fi re. Type ZHLS meets the requirements of BS6853, LUL and EN and is used in the metro-, train- and bus-building industry, in closed areas, airports, tunnels, (subway) stations and other infra-structure projects, but also in public buildings like malls, hospitals, and on elevators and escalators. Construction: Hot dipped galvanised core, square-locked with cord packing, thick smooth Thermoplastic Poly-Olefi n (TPO compound) cover. 15 ANACONDA SEALTITE CONDUIT TYPE HTDL BLACK Robust, UL & CSA approved, wide temperature range Type HTDL is a robust conduit with a galvanised core and a thick, smooth PVC cover. An integral grounding copper wire (till 1.1/ ) provides EMI/EMP shielding for cables that require electromagnetic protection. Type HTDL is UL & CSA approved and is used to protect cables on machines, equipment, enclosures and installations exported to countries outside, but also inside Europe.
