2 Introduction to ESPO Construction ESPO Construction (ESPO) is a family-owned contracting services company registered in St. Kitts and Nevis that specializes in General Contracting, Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) works. Its main purpose is to create, design, build, install, amend, renovate, retrofit and repair a wide variety of construction disciplines. ESPO has developed over the years a team of skilled construction professionals and trade workers with international and local expertise to deliver desired quality projects and services. ESPO s core competency is marked by a direct and hands-on management of its projects and its own construction crews, procurement and maintenance of its own goods, materials, tools, plant and equipment. Continuous trainings and workshops are made available to its crews on an ongoing basis in an effort for continuous improvement and to achieve competitive costs and quality assurance of services. ESPO has solidified its credibility and solid reputation through a magnitude of projects and commitment to St. Kitts & Nevis for nearly 20 years. Among others, ESPO has completed a wide variety of sizeable and significant projects: Renovation/retrofitting of multiple buildings for Marriott Resort Hotel. Plumbing, air conditioning and fire safety works of Marriott Hotel St. Kitts which include restaurants and 648 guest rooms. Fire safety works for multiple buildings at ROSS University. Multiple high-end exclusive luxury villas at Christophe Harbour including multiple restaurants. MEP retrofitting and new installations for multiple condominium units at Royal St. Kitts. ESPO, because of its achievements and successful completion of projects with its satisfied customers over the years has been awarded MEP supply and maintenance services contracts on an ongoing basis by its major clients, ROSS University, Marriott Hotel and Christophe Harbour. ESPO has related experience, knowledgeable and capable of providing its clients requirements for Potable Water, Drainage and Sewerage systems, Sewage Treatment Plants, Pumps and Motors, Electrical works including Transformer Sub-Stations/HV/LV cables, Communication & Data, Fire Alarm and Fire Suppression System, Sprinkler system, HVAC (Air Condition system) and more. ESPO, continues to explore and implement environmental sustainability through various methods including utilization of rainwater irrigation and solar paneling usage as well as exploring ways to reduce waste by developing construction waste minimization. Recent Expansion of Scope of Services To stay ahead of the growing market demand for construction services in St. Kitts & Nevis, ESPO has now endeavoured into full construction contracting services.
