No. Parameters CPRI Specification/ Requirements To be completed by the Bidder Guaranteed Technical Deviation/Remarks specify if any Particulars (GTP) 1 Viscometer Bath a) The Equipment should comply for Viscosity measurement of liquid petroleum product as per IS 1448 P-25, ISO 3104, IEC 61868, ASTM D 445-IP71 and other internatonal standrads ( both transparent and Opaque liquids) 2 Measurement System i) The Viscometer Bath: Double wall Construction, outer made of mild steel and powder coated, toughened glass window, both front and rear transparent and illuminated for clear full view of viscometers kept inside the bath (of approx 20 Lt).

2 3 Calibration ii) Inner Bath Size in use: 300X200X300 mm (LXBXH) to hold min 4 or more viscometers with viscometer - holders on top of the bath. the top lid should have minimum 4 no. of holes to insert viscometers. Also a hole on the top of bath to insert thermometer for cross checking of oil bath temp. The each hole size for viscometer tube of min 50 mm dia with lids should be iii) high quality Robust SS body for kinematic viscosity determination, ultraprecise temperature stability and uniformity having intergral part of cooling with built in cooling coil to enable sub ambient application as well. 6 The vendor shall give quote for any other optional spares required 11 GENERAL The vendor shall demonstrate the total set up for REQUIREMENT functional suitability at CPRI, Bhopal Power supply Power supply requirement: 230 ± 10 % V AC, 50± 5% Hz Operating condition The equipment should effectively function from ambient temperature to 50 0 C & RH between 10-90% Supply, Installation and Commissioning at CPRI, Bhopal 12 Instruction Manual 2 Nos. if Instruction manual should be provided

7 13 Training / Demonstration Demonstratin on operation and maintenance of equipment at principal s office/cpri, Bhopal 14 Pre Installation requirement Pre Installation requirements have to be mentioned with the offer 15 Compliance of Specification Compliance of the specification shall be indicated unambiguously in the column provided above and shall be supported by documentary evidence such as products catalogues/application notes. 16 Deviation Deviation if any from the specification given above which provides improvement in the functioning of the above item/equipment shall be clearly brought out with their advantages. 17 Additional Features Any additional features may be brought out clearly. 18 Customer list A list of customers(with details like name of contact person, address, phone No.) to whom similar system were supplied may be furnished.

8 19 Presentation The vendor shall make detailed presentation of the system offered at CPRI, during tender evaluation, if required. 20 Demonstration Vendor shall arrange for demonstration of the system offered prior to technical evaluation if required. 21 Supply of spares The Vendor shall ensure supply of spares for at least 5 years. 22 Environmental Temperature : Operation : 0 to 50 0 C Humidity : up to 30-90% RH 23 Safety Shock proof & safety measurements as per relevant national/international standards 24 Calibration Certificate The system shall have calibration certificate traceable to National International standards from an international accredited laboratory with uncertainty calculations.

9 25 Installation & Commissioning 26 Warranty 27 Scope of supply 28 Company Status Installation, Commissioning & successful demonstration of test equipment at CPRI Bhopal shall be the One year warranty from the date of successful commissioning at CPRI, Bhopal Supplier should clearly list out the scope of supply and optional items like spares, accessories etc. in detail for at least 5 years. (technical & commercial) Participating company should have ISO certification. PN : 1.
