THERE IS NO REQUIREMENT OR ADVANTAGE TO THE INSTALLATION OF A DPM SUBFLOOR, ROOF OR CEILING LININGS, OR THE INSTALLATION OF ROOFING UNDERLAY TO AN OPEN ROOF SPACE. THIS IS AN EXISTING PERMALOO INSTALLED AT SANDSPIT POINT, RODNEY DISTRICT. THE PUBLIC TOILET IS A HOLDING TANK SYSTEM. THIS IS NOT AN EFFLUENT DISPOSAL SYSTEM & MUST BE EMPTIED REGULARLY BY COUNCIL CONTRACTORS. IT REQUIRES REGULAR ONSITE CHECKING TO UNDERSTAND HOW MUCH USE IT RECEIVES THROUGHOUT THE SEASONS TO DEVELOP A MAINTENANCE PLAN FOR EMPTYING.
