6 Timber doors Solid performance with distinctive styles Below are just some of the styles available in our timber door range. If you require different styles please talk to your Account Manager. Please be aware that more complex styles may incur an increased cost. All timber doors are designed and made via JCK By System.The range of timber doors we provide excel in performance, quality and security, whilst offering endless choice. These ply faced engineered timber core doors are cut and designed from single door slabs, and are available in an array of finishes and colours. 7 Locks Security is paramount Our doors are fitted with the very latest high security locking systems as standard. All options include multiple locking points and are 100% tested, as part of our BS EN ISO 9001 Quality Assurance. Security Cylinders Locking cylinders incorporate anti-manipulation security technology as standard, including features to protect against picking, drilling, bumping, screwing and snapping. Cylinders can be suited if required. Vectis Plus Option This lock option eliminates the need for a locking cylinder by using a traditional style key operation, which means the lock cannot be subjected to cylinder snapping or bumping. Keys Each door comes with pre-cut keys. Split Spindle Option Standard and Vectis locks can have a shut and lock splitspindle option which further enhances security. When closing the door, it is automatically secured on the latch, requiring a key to open it from outside. Auto-Lock Option The AV2 auto-lock option features a slam-lock function so that when closing the door, the top & bottom hooks automatically engage to achieve instant security without the need to lift a lever handle. 8 Frames, cills and thresholds Accreditations Our doorsets exceed industry standards The door frame is an important part of your doorset and we use a 70mm lead free, strong, reinforced high-performing PVC-U frames for all our doors. This means the door and frame both work together to prevent draughts and to stop rainwater getting in. Meeting high standards and supplying great products and services Association of Composite Door Manufacturers Frames Founder member of the Association of Composite Door Manufacturers (ACDM). The association plays a key role in the development of PAS 2 and PAS 24 and other relevant standards. Reinforced construction The high-preforming PVC outer frame is reinforced with thermally efficient recycled plastic on standard doors. Great insulation The frames have a twin seal, an exterior weather seal, a weather sealing gasket and a secondary brushpile, which provides great insulation. Choice of frame colours We offer a choice of five frame colours to match your window frames. Certain colours may only be available in selected ranges, so speak to us to discuss your requirements.
