1 SECTION A: CIVIL REPAIRS A1 Scaffolding a Providing & erecting sturdy Bamboo Scaffolding from ground to terrace parapet level to reach any place of work, including approaches, extension, making proper working platform at required levels to work on, anchorages, ladders, and covering the entire surface with Hessian cloth [kantan] curtains, plastic waterproof tarpaulins [only at terrace level], dismantling and removing of the same along with debris from site on completion of works etc. complete as per the specifications and as directed by C.E Sft Measurement of the item will be as per outer length of the panel of the building X heightof the panel of the building. A2 Breaking of External Plaster Chipping of plaster from masonry & concrete surfaces at any height, including labour, tools, tackles, materials, stacking the debris in premises carting away the debris from time to time etc Sft A3 External Plaster Providing & applying of sand faced waterproof sponge finished plaster of average 25 mm thick on all surfaces in two coats at all heights in cement mortar 1:4 with approved waterproofing compound as per manufacturer s specification including raking of joints, cleaning the surface with water jet, applying cement slurry on concrete surfaces keeping the surface of the base coat rough so as to receive sand faced plaster treatment, finishing of final coat by taking out grains, including necessary labour, tools, tackles, materials, curing, etc. complete as per the specifications & as directed by C.E. [Rates to include cost of drip moulds, bands, pattas] Sft A4 Separation Crack Treatment Opening the separation cracks at the junction of R.C.C. & masonry surface as directed into 'V' groove mechanically or with chisel & hammer, raking the joints, cleaning the groove with wire brush & air / wet jetting. Providing & applying cement sand mortar 1:3 over a bond coat of polymer latex & cement in ratio 1:1, embedding small stone chips [metal no.1] over the prepared groove surface including necessary labour, tools, tackles, materials, curing, carting away the debris from time to time etc. complete as per the specifications & as directed by C.E Rft A5 Dash Coat Plaster Providing & Applying dash coat plaster in one coat over extensively damaged walls with cement sand mortar 1:4, impregnating brick bat / metal pieces in the plaster & bringing the damaged surface in line & level with original wall as per instruction including necessary labour, tools, tackles, materials, curing, carting away the debris from time to time etc. complete as per the specification & as directed by C.E Sft TOTAL OF SECTION A

2 SECTION B: STRUCTURAL REPAIRS B1 Polymer Treatment Chipping of damaged concrete of load bearing and non-load bearing R.C.C elements viz. columns / beams / slabs / chajjas purdhis / drops / fins upto main reinforcement or sound concrete carefully by means of chisel & hammer [hammer weight not to be more than 2 Kg.], clean the reinforcement with wire brush to remove the loose rust scales, clean the concrete surface with water jet to remove all loose concrete particles. Cleaning the concrete and the reinforcement as specified in specifications of Rust Remover and Rust Passivator. Providing & Applying of polymer modified cement sand mortar in ratio 1:3 in layers with hand using polymer latex admixture [with polymer latex dosage as mentioned below] over a bonding coat in layers not exceeding 15 mm thickness and to be built up in layers with application of bond coat before every layer so as to match the old profile of R.C.C. members including necessary labour, tools, tackles, curing as required, etc. complete as per the specifications & as directed by C.E. [The payment to be made based on consumption of Polymer Latex] a Polymer Latex Litre / 50 Kg. bag of cement Sft B2 Rust Remover Cleaning the concrete surface & exposed reinforcement bars by wire brush / air jetting. Providing & Applying approved zinc based 'Rust Remover' to reinforcement rods as per manufacturer s specification, removing the rust scales with dry cloth / stiff brush till a shiny surface is obtained & if required apply one more coat including necessary labour, tools, tackles complete as per the specifications & as directed by C.E. [The payment to be made based on consumption of Rust Remover] Sft B3 Rust Passivator Providing & Applying approved 'Rust Passivator / Inhibitor coat' over the treated reinforcement rods with cement in ratio 1:1 of polymer latex and cement by volume only on the reinforcement, allowing the coat to dry including necessary labour, tools, tackles complete as per the specifications & as directed by C.E. [The payment to be made based on consumption of polymer latex] Sqft B4 Bond Coat Providing & Applying approved Bond coat in ratio 1:1 with cement and ploymer latex over the exposed / treated reinforcement and concrete area just before application of the mortar / concrete as required including necessary labour, tools, tackles complete as per the specifications & as directed by C.E. [The payment to be made based on consumption of polymer latex] Sqft B5 Non-Polymer work Providing & Applying Non-Polymer treatment in one coat over extensively damaged R.C.C. pardi & chajjas with cement sand mortar 1:4, with adding 5% of polymer chemical impregnating metal pieces in the plaster & bringing the damaged surface in line & level with original wall as per instruction including necessary labour, tools, tackles, materials, curing, carting away the debris from time to time etc. complete as per the specification & as directed by C.E Sft

3 B6 Injection Grouting to R.C.C. elements Providing, Drilling & Inserting 12 mm diameter of PVC injection grouting [perforated] nipples upto mm depth in concrete & securing it properly as directed. Injecting grout slurry of cement and water with addition of non-shrink grout additive as per manufacturer's specification into the nipples by suitable gun / pump at 2 Kg./Sq.cm. pressure, wherever directed, cutting the projected socket portion & sealing the same including necessary labour, tools, tackles, materials, scaffolding, etc. complete as per the specification & as directed by C.E Nos. B7 Reinforcement Providing, cutting, bending & fixing / placing in position Mild Steel / H.Y.S.D. bars coated with 'Rust Preventive' coat of specified sizes connecting to the existing reinforcement including welding / threading / tying with G.I. binding wire [if required] with the existing reinforcement complete as per the drawing & specification including necessary labour, tools, tackles, materials, etc. complete as per the specification & as directed by C.E The rate to include cost of binding wire and the welding [if required] no extra payment will bemade for this. 4 SECTION C: WATERPROOFING WORKS C1 Waterproofing of Terrace Removing the waterproofing from terrace without damaging the original brick bat coba, lowering & stacking the debris, carting away the same, brooming, cleaning, air jetting the entire slab surface & junction so as to remove all dust particles, washing with water the exposed slab & repairing the same as directed by the consultant. Providing & applying two coats of WP coating as per manufactures specifications & directed by CE. Providing & laying cement sand mortar 1:4 with waterproofing compound as per manufacturer s specification for filling of the joints, leveling so that the mortar thickness of 25 mm is achieved above the brick surface, finishing the top to have broom finish, curing & water ponding the same for minimum 7 days. Providing & fixing white cement / coloured china mosaic in random design of approximately 20 to 25 mm wide along with bedding of cement mortar as per good practice, curing & water ponding the same for minimum 7 days. The rate to include necessary labour, material, tools, tackles, finishing the waterproofing upto 300 mm on the parapet walls etc. complete as per the specifications & as directed by C.E. TOTAL OF SECTION E SECTION G: MISCELLANEOUS WORKS G1 Plywood Protection Covering alluminium / timber [wooden] windows temporarily with plywood in minimum thickness of 4 mm & sealing it with adhesive tape to prevent dust & water entering the rooms & causing damage to the frame & glazing, the covering to be retained till completion of the works in surrounding areas and if required to replace the damaged plywood as and when required, complete as per specifications & directed by C.E.[The measurements shall be made as per the area protected by such covering] Inculding bamboo platform fro AC unit covering Sft G2 Removing & Refixing M.S. Grills / Weather Shades Carefully removing M.S.
