3 3 / The flats are to be constructed to this specification subject to minor changes in dimension, locations found desirable or necessary to ensure sound engineering practice at the sole discretion of the Builder. Foundation: 1. Soil test will be carried out. 2. Foundation will be designed as per the code of Seismic Zone III. Foundation will be as per the recommendations of the soil test report. 3. Depth of the Earth work excavation for foundations is according to the Structural Design and Detailed drawing by our Structural Consultant. 4. Laying P.C.C 1:4:8 for foundation or as per structural consultant's design. 5. The height of formed ground level from the road level is depending upon the site condition between 1'0" to 2' 0". 6. The height of Car parking level from the road level is depending upon the site condition between 1'6" to 2' 6". 7. Anti Termite will be carried out in 3 stages - All round the Foundation pit, On completion of filling at stilt floor PCC level. All around the building after paving area filling. 8. Laying of Floor PCC at stilt floor car park level with RMC M15 grade of 100 mm thick. Structure: 1. RCC frame structure with appropriate RCC columns, RCC beams and slabs ( Cement brands to be used- Ultratech/ Coromandel / ACC / Dalmia / Ramco). 2. Design of structure as per IS Supply and Fabrication of ISI TMT steel for all RCC works (Brand- Tulsian / ARS /Surana). 4. Generally, slab thickness (ROOF) will be 5 with RMC Grade M25.(Birla Ready Mix Concrete) Super Structure: 1. External walls will be 9" if brick wall and 6" if Porotherm block work. 2. Internal walls will be 4½" brick wall / 4" Porotherm block work. 3. Ceiling height will be 10' 0, except in toilets where it will be Lintels- As per Architectural, Structural design and detailed drawings. 5. Sunshade 1' 6" to 2' 0" projected from the external walls as per Architect's design. 6. Loft 1' 10½" to 2' 0" projected from the walls in bedroom and kitchen. 7. Cooking platform of 2' 0" width granite (G20) top over RCC slab will be provided in kitchen. Black granite or Green Marble. 8. Platform in the utility/ service area will be provided.
