2 2 / 34 CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS 1. The flats are to be constructed to this specification subject to minor changes in dimension, locations found desirable or necessary to ensure sound engineering practice at the sole discretion of the Builder. 1. Necessary soil test will be carried out. 2. Foundation will be designed as per the code of Seismic Zone III. 3. Depth of the Earth work excavation for foundations is according to the Structural Design and Detailed drawing by our Structural Consultant. 4. Laying P.C.C 1:4:8 for foundation or as per structural consultant's design. 5. The height of formed ground level from the road level is depending upon the site condition between 1'0" to 2' 0". 6. The height of Car parking level from the road level is depending upon the site condition between 1'6" to 2' 6". 7. Anti-Termite will be carried out in 3 stages - (i) All round the Foundation pit, (ii) On completion of filling at stilt floor PCC level. (iii) All around the building after paving area filling. 8. Laying of Floor PCC at stilt floor car park level with RMC M15 grade of 100 mm 1.
