3 BIM Services What is BIM? Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a tool that has reshaped the way building projects are being executed. At the core of BIM is a coordinated 3D model with intelligent database. All the stake holders of the project such as Architects, Engineers, Contractors and Sub-Contractors are collaborated in the BIM process to enabe rapid decision making, efficient construction mana gement, and accurate construction documents. Benefits of BIM COORDINATION: BIM facilitates effective Coordination among all stakeholders involved in the project for quick decision making during design and pre-construction phase ACCURACY: Minimise rework by checking the accuracy and completeness of drawings before starting construction work. QUALITY: The software helps in Improving Quality by producing accurate shop drawings directly from the 3D BIM model which reduces human element. Software can also produce fabrication drawings. COST SAVINGS: Higher quality, lesser reviews, lesser rework at design stage and lesser site changes mean better use of manpower, better quality construction and reduced rework and wastage, all of which translate into lower costs PROJECT CONTROL: Ability to see project from a bird's eye view, having information about BOQ and Shop Drawings with cost considerations, ability to view times lines etc, all of which help have a better control over project.

7 What can Arya do for you in BIM? Coordination and Project Visualization Our BIM services provide a platform to enable comparison between different design options. We can simulate alternatives in design and material selection, leading to development of more efficient project. Client will be able `` to visualize the complete project before construction, including costs.

8 What can Arya do for you in BIM? Coordination & Clash Resolution As part of our services we generate a coordinated BIM Model after resolving the clashes. We do an exhaustive study across All the domains being designed such as Architectural, Structural, MEP, Fire Protection, HVAC. Clashes are resolved. by altering pipe routing if needed, changing elevation and re-sizing. Material Take-Offs (MTO's) Arya generates accurate quantity of all materials using BIM model. MTO reports are reported in spreadsheet formats. Due to the intelligent nature of BIM, any changes to design, or any changeds to material selections etc automatically updates The changes to the overall MTO. Further, the tool has the Flexibility to report MTO based on area, type, size and or other parameters desired by client. MTO's can be used to Provide tender docs to sub-contractors and vendors.

9 What can Arya do for you in BIM? Shop Drawings BIM has the ability to extract shop drawings from the intelligent database. All the efforts that go into the creation of the intelligent Database is helpful during the design and the reporting phase. Due to the co-ordinated nature of the application, any drawings Extracted from the model will always be the latest and include All changes made by the users. Shop Drawings are created based on project standards and can be used by the clients sub-contractors, fabricators, suppliers and other vendors. Drawings can be extracted at adequate detail for fabrication shops, and for site work.

10 What can Arya do for you in BIM? Fabrication/Spool Drawings Fabrication drawings can be generated from the BIM model. It is estimated that sometimes errros at Fabrication Stage and site basaed rework can sometimes go up to 30 % Of the project cost. BIM helps reduce this cost is a large way As the fabrication drawings that are extracted are done so directly From the model and hence they will alwyas be accurate.

16 Portfolio Recent projects S.No Scope of work and Location Project Details 1 The scope of the project is to create Architectural, Structural, MEPF LOD400 BIM Modeling, followed by Coordination and clashdetection,extraction of BOQ's, shopdrawings Palm Towers Dubai ( Ongoing) This is an 52 storey Commercial buildinglocated in Dubai, consists of hotel, office and Residential areas. The total area is about sqmts,this project started on June 2016 and still ongoing in our office with a team of 5 persons.total man-hour estimate is 8000hrs approximately 2 Structural engineering, 3D modelling of HVAC, firefighting and MEP components. Export to Navisworks, Clash checking and generation of BOM and Fabrication drawings. Residential projectfor BNR builders ( Ongoing) A fifteen storeyed building spanning lacs square feet of commercial building. This building was built as a shell with MEP, firefighting, HVAC andstructural works completed by the owner 3 Generation of Architectural,structural Residential projectfor BNR builders ( Ongoing) Arya served as a BIM consultant for a renowned property developer for a residential project. All of the 2D drawings and 3D models were delivered by us the client and MEP BIM modeling.2d coordination drawings, taken fromcoordinated 3D BIM models.

17 Portfolio Recent projects S.No Scope of work and Location Project Details 4 3D modeling, shopdrawings, clash detection 3D modeling of BBR Hospital, Hyderabad for maintaining effective construction schedule ( Ongoing) Arya provided BIM consultation services for renovation of a hospital located in Hyderabad. This project is being executed with associate company. The hospital was renovated with emergency rooms, nursing rooms, pharmacy blocks and outpatient departments.arya provided BIM models for maintaining effective construction schedule. Our BIM model represents technical run of step by step virtual construction. After generating 3Dmodels, clash detection, shop drawings were made to detect complex areas, all the Fire proofing, safety precautions and major critical components are under the track to ensure protective environment. 5 The scope of the project is to create a 3D visualization, BIMmodel and 3D architectural visualization images for a private luxury house in Mumbai Private luxury house It involves 3D modeling for entire exterior of a house with windows, and doors. As each window, shutter anddoors were different in design, we used respective Rivet family types to create them in model. In this project we processed through different work flows in revit with repetitive work designs and families.

Project executed jointly with Partner company. 07 Civil Engineering, Design and detailing, 3D modelling ofstructures, and firefighting system. Comercial complex for Saara Systems Commercial complex in the business district of Hyderabad Sq feet of office space. 08 Clash detection and resolution Four storied building for The core scope of this project was to detect clashes Medium sized Hotel in among all services using BIM model. We coordinated Hyderabad with all structural, architectural to detect clashes using Navies works software and other documents. later all resolved clashes were incorporated into the BIM model

Project executed jointly with partner company. 10 Generating MEP 3Dmodel upto LOD 400 and creation of families Kolkata International Airports We provided MEP Services terminals,parking spaces,lounges etc and also created 2D drawings. Family creation also part of our scope. Project executed jointly with partner company Renovation of commercial Building This is an expansion plant for ancommercial building in Hyderabad. The building consisted of 8 floors of IT development block, a one storied pantry, one conference hall andseparate utility service rooms. We served as BIM consultant for architectural services.
