34 CONDITION OF USE Best temperature for the application ranges from 59 F to 77 F in a dry environment; it is preferable not to apply the tape when the temperature is below 50 F. Please note that if the temperature varies substantially from the recommended temperature, adhesives may react differently, depending on their chemical characteristics and/or composition. For best results please consider these practical suggestions: Application surfaces must be dry and free from dust; Do not apply on surfaces treated with or contaminated by anti-adhesives; Do not use paints containing additives which could reduce the adhesive properties; Application surfaces must be free from plasticizers or other chemical agents incompatible with the tape Smooth surfaces increase adhesion; In case of rough or irregular surfaces, please prefer tapes with a higher quantity of adhesive; Important data to be evaluated are working conditions and potential removability of the tape without residues. STORAGE Suggested storage temperature ranges from 59 F to 77 F with maximum relative humidity of 65%. The material must be stored away from heat sources, possibly kept in its original package avoiding direct exposure to sunlight. When the storage temperature is below 50 F, room temperature reconditioning of the tape before use is always recommended.
