2 Weber Bolt Weber Bolt is a tixotropic expanding mortar for grouting and anchoring of bolts/ CT bolts. The mortar is expanding 1-2% before hardening. Consumption: 1,6 kg powder gives approx. 1 ltr mortar. Can be used indoors and outdoors. Can be used for grouting under foundations and anchoring of bolts. The mortar is pumpable in a stiff consistency and can therefore be used on vertical overhanging drillholes. The mortar can also be used for injection in rocks and grouting of steel foundations. Recommended use in temperature above +5oC. Weber Bolt Zink Weber Bolt is a tixotropic expanding mortar for grouting and anchoring of galvanized bolts/ CT bolts. The mortar is expanding 1-2% before hardening. Consumption: 1,6 kg powder gives approx. 1 ltr mortar. Can be used indoors and outdoors. Can be used for grouting under foundations and anchoring of bolts. Specially designed for hot-dip galvanized bolts. Can also be used for all types of bolts Weber Bolt is designed for. The mortar is expanding approx 2% before hardening. Consumption: 25 kg powder gives approx. 13 ltr mortar. Can be used indoors and outdoors. Can be used for grouting under foundations and anchoring of bolts. The mortar is pumpable in a stiff consistency and can therefore be used on vertical overhanging drillholes. The mortar can also be used for injection in rocks and grouting of steel foundations. Recommended use in temperature below +5oC. Long pumpabillity when mixed with cold or heated water. Weber cembolt Weber can deliver products for the following applications: Anchoring Shotcrete Element grouting Grout mortars Surface treatment Weber cembolt is a premade cement based cartridge/patron for anchoring of bolts in rock and concrete. The cartridge/patron is put in water for approx 3 min ( until the water stops bubbling) and put in the drill holes before the installation of the bolts. Each cartridge/patron is 50 cm long. Premade to fit following drill hole dimensions: Ø28, Ø31 and Ø 35 mm. Do not use in conjunction with galvanized steel. Recommended use in temperature above +5oC. Anchoring Weber delivers several types of anchoring mortars to fit different types of bolts. Rebar steel bolts and coated bolts is widely used and fit our common anchoring mortars. Hot-dip/ galvanized bolts where the galvanization will be in contact with cement demands the use of Weber Bolt Zink. This anchoring mortar ensures a safe bonding to bolts with galvanized surface and to the rock/concrete. All products is especially designed for pumping. They are also easy-pumping even in a stiff tixotropic consistency, which enables pumping upwards in drill-holes without flowing/dripping out. These materials are also suitable for works outside and has good frost resistant properties. Common use is anchoring of bolts inside tunnels and for road safety anchoring of bolts on steep monuntain sides. For this type of work Weber has also developed an anchoring mortar that is possible to use in cold weather with temperature below 0oC 2 3

3 Shotcrete Weber deliveres several type of shotcrete, both for dry-spraying and wet-spraying. These shotcretes are mainly used for renovation of damages and areas where ordinary shotcrete equipment is considered to big for the task. Small tunnels, restoration works, side tunnels, escape tunnels or as surface levelling before waterproofing or surface coating. Weber Sprøyterep T The mortar is intended to the use as mechanical repairmortar of concrete structures performed by dry spraying/ shot-crete with a D-Max 2 mm. Can Be used both indoors and outdoors. The mortar is suitable for use in conjunction with cathodic protection of concrete, as well as all other works based on dry spraying/ shot-crete. For example, the repair of larger fields with structural concrete repair, quays, piers, bridges, etc. Opentime: the mortar is virtually hard when it hits the surface and can be overworked immediately. Use in temperature above. + 5oC. Packaging: 25 kg and 1000 kg big bags. Weber Sprøyterep T m/ PP Fiber Same as Sprøyterep T added 6 mm PP Fibers to reduce shrinkage and drying cracks in the surface. Packaging: 25 kg and 1000 kg big bags Weber Sprøyterep V B35 M40 Weber Sprøyterep V B35M40 is a premix concrete for wetspraying based on cement, fractionated sand and additives, D-max 4 mm. Also available with PP fibres For exterior and interior use. Suitable for levelling rough shotcrete surfaces before sprayable waterproofing works or coating. Packaging: 25 kg and 1000 kg big bags. Elementgrouting/jointing Grouting and anchoring of concrete segments/ elements for tunnels and buildings can be done by welding and the use of flexible fireproof sealants or with cementbased grouting mortars. When using cementbased grouting mortars it is possible to use less welding and take up more shear force with the mortar. The concrete segments/ elements need to be designed for this purpose from factory and anchored together with reinforcement. This solution is very efficient when done by pumping equipment, and also a good solution for fireproofing. Weber EXM 731 Weber Exm 731 is a tixotropic expanding mortar for grouting of concrete elements and anchoring of bolts/ CT bolts. The mortar is expanding approx 2% before hardening. Consumption: 25 kg powder gives approx. 12 ltr mortar. Can be used indoors and outdoors. Can be used for grouting under foundations and anchoring of bolts. The mortar is pumpable in a stiff consistency and can therefore be used on vertical joints without flowing/falling out.. Recommended use in temperature above +5oC. Typical use for grouting under columns, precast elements, blocks, rail segments and steel structures. Premix concrete Weber deliveres several type of premix concrete. Normal B30 for small tasks delivered in 25 kg bags and 1000 kg big bags. Weber also delivers premix concrete with 16 mm aggregate used for structural casting like normal wet concrete. The products are delivered in 500 kg and 1000 kg big bags. This solution is specially designed for concrete works on places where normal wet-concrete delivered in concrete trucks is not suitable, such as remote areas, quays, top of mountains, reservoirs etc. B30 M60 B35 MF*45 Structural concrete as a dry premix product, structural concrete, D max 16 mm, bigbag. Compressive strength as normal concrete. Dry concrete based on cement, sand, crushed stone and fractionated additives. 4 Weber EXM OS Compressive strength 90 MPa. 4 Surface t reat ment Weber deliveres different types of surface treatment for tunnels. Concrete impregnations that makes the surface more withstanding from water, salt and carbonation. Weber also deliver surface coating for better light visibillity which is easy to clean by only using water. No chemical is needed, only water and high pressure cleaning. Weber Betong impregnering A thin silan-based liquid to impregnate concrete structures to withstand water, salt and has also very good effect against carbonation. The product has very good penetration on concrete, approx 10mm. Applied by brush, roller or preferably with low-pressure sprayer. Normally only two coats is necessary to apply. Consumption: approx 0,3-0,5 kg/m 2. Packaging: 5 kg and 200 kg cans. Weber Betong impregnering creme I creamy liquid of silan to impregnate concrete structures to withstand water, salt and has also very good effect against carbonation. The product has very good penetration on concrete, approx 10mm. Applied by brush, roller or preferably with spraygun. Normally only one coat is necessary to apply. Consumption: approx g/m 2.
