Chief Engineer (Civil), SCOPE on behalf of Constituents of SCOPE Minar, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi for the subject work as per the details given below. 1.1 Name of the work : Development of Entrance porch, Guard lobby and Reception counters at the Main lobby of SCOPE Minar, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi Estimated Cost : Rs.40,67, Earnest Money : Rs.81, Time for completion : 4 months from the date of issuance of LOI. 1.5 Cost of Tender : Rs Last date of submission of Tenders : up to 3.00 P.M. 1.7 Place of submission of : Office of Dy. Chief Engineer (Civil), Sealed Tenders MMO, SCOPE, SCOPE Minar, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi Date & Time opening of Tenders : at 3.30 P.M 1.9 Place of opening of Tenders : As mentioned above. 2. Tender documents consisting of Drawings (if any), Technical specifications, schedule of quantities, contract conditions, can be had from the office of Dy. Chief Engineer (Civil), MMO, SCOPE, SCOPE Minar, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi on payment of Rs. 1000/- in the form of Draft in favour of MMO SCOPE Minar (Non-refundable) on any working day from to during working hours from A.M. to 3.00 P.M. SCOPE of work & Eligibility criteria can also be seen from the website of SCOPE: However, Bid shall be submitted on purchased documents only. 3. Tender document shall be issued only to reputed, specialized Contractors / Manufactures working with CPWD/PWD/MES/Railway/PSUs/Autonomous Bodies/SCOPE who fulfill following pre-qualification criteria & showing their original documents in this regard: 3.1 Experience of having successfully completed Similar works during the last 5 years ending last day of the month previous to the one in which applications are invited: Three similar completed works, each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of estimated cost put to tender in the last five years. OR Two similar completed works, each costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of the estimated cost put to tender in the last five years.

2 1 OR One similar completed work of aggregate cost not less than the amount equal to 80% of the estimated cost put to tender in the last five years. Similar works shall mean comprehensive works involving Civil, Interior, Furniture, Furnishing, Painting works in a single work contract. For example works involving only flooring or only toilet repairs or only furniture supplied, even though confirming to the values as mentioned above, shall not be considered eligible for this tender. 3.2 The Tenderer must be registered under Delhi sale tax act, VAT act, service tax act & income tax act. Copies of registration papers along with details need to be furnished. 4. The tender shall be submitted in the following manner, in two separate sealed envelopes, duly superscribed the name of work along with following details:- Envelope-I Envelope-II EMD Price Bid along with tender document. All pages of tender document shall be duly signed & stamped. Envelope I shall contain EMD Envelope-II shall contain prices duly signed, i.e., schedule of rates duly filled in along with tender document. All pages of tender document shall be duly signed & stamped. It is to be noted that the sealed envelope containing Price Bid (Envelope-II) shall contain only the prices without any conditions whatsoever. Both the envelopes to be put in a third envelop superscribed with, Tender for Development of Entrance porch, Guard lobby and Reception counters at the Main lobby of SCOPE Minar, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi Tenders are invited to submit their offers strictly based on the layout, design parameters, Specific requirements, terms & conditions and specifications given in the tender document. 6. Earnest Money mentioned above should be paid by crossed Demand Draft / Pay order from any Nationalized / Scheduled Bank in favour of MMO SCOPE Minar. Tenders without Earnest Money Deposit will be summarily rejected. 7. The tender Envelope (II) containing price bid of tenderers shall be opened on the due date in the presence of tenderers or their authorized representative who wish to remain present. 8. 3 1. The Scope of works includes the following: (i) Dismantling: 2 SCOPE OF WORK a-i. Dismantling Existing Granite stones on walls, columns & placing serviceable items at a location within SCOPE Minar premises and removing non serviceable material & malba from site but within SCOPE Minar premises as per instructions of Engineer-in-charge. a-ii. Dismantling Existing marble stone on flooring and removing malba periodically within SCOPE Minar premises as per instructions of Engineer-in-charge. a-iii. Dismantling Existing Alluminium Partitions at entrance and glazing at mezz. Level including removing glass, Automatic Sliding Mechanism etc. The Contractor to deposit Automatic sliding mechanism to SCOPE Minar as per directions of EIC. Also the contractor to deposit other serviceable material with SCOPE Minar as per instructions of Engineer-in-charge. a-iv. Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. (Avg. thickness 75mm.). Note: Qty. for calculation of disposal of malba shall be measured as total area dismantled multiply by Avg. Thickness of 75mm and no. of trip made for disposal of malba shall be of no consequence. 2. Providing & fixing false ceiling-item includes providing false ceiling in plane, curve shape and design (measurement shall be taken of the plan area only. Nothing extra for cove design and vertical sections.) Suspending system and frame work shall match layout of AC ducts/grills, electrical/fire protection, wiring/fixtures, return air grills etc. complete. Rate to include provision of extra frame work, necessary scaffolding needed due to layout referred above and fixtures etc. a. Providing and fixing GYPSUM board false ceiling at 14'-0" height with Saint Gobain make main ceiling section at 1200mm c/c and cross members at 450mm c/c of Saint Gobain Ultra make. The grid work to be suspended from ceiling with hangers at every 1200mm c/c in both directions. The frame work to be covered with 12.5mm GYPBOARD screwed to the frame. The board to be finished with filling the tapered edges of the board with jointing compound and finishing with paper tape. The ceiling to be finished with a top coat as per approved manufacture. Item includes providing and fixing scaffolding required. Item also includes all necessary cut outs for electrical/air conditioning grills and necessary frame work for item includes cove and curve designs etc. complete to the satisfaction of Architect/Engineer in charge. 3. Providing and Fixing 16mm-18mm thick Coffee brown Granite stone work for wall lining. The backing filled with 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 Cement: 3 Fine Sand) including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 ( 1 Cement: 2 Stone Dust) mixed with an admixture of pigment to match colour of stone as per design and details to the satisfaction of Architect/Engineer In Charge. 4 a. Providing and fixing rough stone finish vitrified tiles 1200mm x 600mm (Somany, Kajaria, HR Johnson) of approved shade with MRP of Rs. 145/- Sq.foot to Rs. 150/- Sq. Foot) in two or more shades as per approved samples. The tiles to be fixed with cement paste over base mortar of 1:5 (1 Cement : 5 Coarse Sand). The joints to be filled with jointing compound mixed with colouring pigment to match the colour of tile complete to the satisfaction of Architect/ Engineer-in-charge. b. Providing and fixing Vitrified tile (1200mm x 600mm size) with same specifications as above but for smooth glazed finish inside the Guard's area. 5. Providing & fixing New Glazing with 12mm toughened glass Fixed in Stone as per details. The glass width to be NOT LESS THAN 1220mm. The top, Bottom edge of the glass (And side edges for glasses at both end) to be fixed in Stone and joints between glass filled with silicon complete to satisfaction of Architect/Engineer-in-charge.

4 3 6. Providing, assembling, installing New Glass Entrance doors with 12mm toughened Frameless glass fixed in EXISTING Sliding Mechanism as per instructions. Item includes all additional Hardware necessary complete to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. 7. Providing and applying Texture paint on walls as per approved sample and shade. The item includes preparing base with POP to give smooth, even surface in line and plumb. Item includes any scaffolding or other accessories necessary to carry out the work complete to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. 8. Providing and applying Apex or equivalent exterior paint on walls / beams / ceiling as per approved shade including preparing base as per manufacturer's specifications. Item includes any scaffolding or other accessories necessary to carry out the work complete to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. 09. Providing and fixing wall tiles of approved design and make (Unitile / Eurocon tiles) fixed with thick cement slurry as per manufacturer's specifications. The joints to be filled with white cement mixed with pigments to match the colour of the tile, complete to the satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge. 10. Providing and placing in position Guard's Table made from 19mm BWR plywood finished in 1.0mm laminate as per design. The inside of the table to have 0.8mm laminate of approved shade. The table to be on two levels with guard's top at 762mm & visitor's top at 1065 mm. The visitor top to be 12mm toughened glass fixed in SS spacers as per details. Table to have 2 Drawer units with 1 drawer and shuttered storage below. The drawer to run on telescopic channel (EBCO make). The Table to have provision for Electrical, Telephone and Data Points as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge complete. 11. Providing and fixing Wall panelling at all heights with wooden framework of 50x50mm Hardwood frame at 600x600 c/c on both directions fixed on existing Granite stone covered with 12mm thick comm plywood fixed on top and finally finished with 2 mm thick 3D BOARD "Glowood" of approved design glued on top. The item includes painting the Glowood surface with Duco paint of approved shade complete including necessary scaffolding etc. to the satisfaction of Architect /Engineer-incharge. 12. Providing and fixing Display panels with 2 nos. 8mm toughened glasses 3'-0"x3'-0" each fixed on SS spacers which are fixed to wall behind. The item includes polishing the edges of glasses etc. Complete. 13. Providing and fixing Wall panelling at all heights with 50mm x 25mm hardwood framework covered with with 8mm comm ply in grooves or lines as per design. The panelling is finished with 1.0mm laminate of approved shade fixed in approved patterns, complete including necessary scaffolding etc. to the satisfaction of Architect / Engineer-in-charge. 14. Providing and fixing in position New Reception counters as per design made from 19mm comm plywood with overall length of 8'-6" to 9'-0" (2591 mm to 2743mm ) and width of 762mm. The counter to have multiple heights with customer height being 1065 mm, reception working top at 762mm and intermediate storage box to be at 915mm as per details. The counter to have provision for 2 occupants. The item includes one drawer unit per occupant with 2 drawers and 1 shuttered storage. Drawers to be made from 12mm comm ply with 19mm com board facade. The drawers and storage along with the inside of tables to be finished with 0.8mm laminate from inside. The work top at 762mm to be finished with 18mm Jet black granite stone with moulding on leading edge. The customer top & front to have 12mm solid acrylic surface finish of approved colour (DuPont-Corian make) pasted and shaped with thermoforming over 19mm comm board as per details. The outer area of table to be finished in combination of SS perforated sheet of approved design and 1.0mm laminate of approved shade and design. The item includes one key board tray running on telescopic channel, 1 CPU trolley, 1 foot rest per occupant. Item includes all hardware such as Self closing hinges, telescopic channels, locks, SS handles etc. complete to the satisfaction of Architects / Engineer-in-charge

5 4 15Providing & fixing storage (5'-6"x2'-6") between counters for occupants with 19mm comm board for front sides, shelves top etc. covered from all sides with 1.0mm laminate. The storage to have 1 drawer unit with 3 drawers and one shuttered storage alternatively opening from opposite sides. The inner surface shall be covered with 0.8mm laminate. Item includes all hardware such as drawer channels, wire manager, handles, lock etc. The storage top to have 18mm thick pre polished granite stone matching with main counter. The stone to have nosing o both edges complete to the satisfactions of ARCHITECTS/ ENGINEER-IN-CHARGE. 16. Supply & laying / fixing / installing of all the materials required to carryout above said works, job including all consumables are also in the scope of work of contractor. Nothing shall be paid extra on this account. 17. Contractor shall got approved the sample of materials before supply at site. 18. As works are to be carried out in locations where offices of the constituents of SCOPE Minar are functioning, contractor has to work in such manner that constituents face minimum disturbance. For this purpose contractor may have to work in late hours or after office hours or on holidays including Sundays etc. after taking permission from SCOPE. 19. The work shall be carried out in such a way that no damage to the property of SCOPE / Building occurred and in case of any damage to the same contractor is liable to replace / provide the same. 2. Approvals Required The Contractor shall obtain all necessary approvals from concerned department (if required) in accordance to prevailing rules, Building Bye-Laws etc., as the case may be related to Construction/Completion. All expenditure on this account will be borne by the contractor. The approvals shall include the following in addition to any other approval which may be required for the project:- 2.1 Construction Permit, if required 2.2 NOC/approval of concerned departments as applicable Client may, at the written request of the Contractor, assist him in obtaining the approvals from relevant authorities. However any such request by the Contractor shall not bind the Client in any manner.
