DOWN TO THEIR 2 nd LIFE RECYCLING CLEAN OFFCUTS: (Production and installation offcuts, floors without adhesive, old stock) Gerflor has set up different programs to collect and recycle production and installation offcuts of PVC floors, and incorporate them into the production of new floors. Gerflor has created Floor to Floor, a joint-venture with the leading recycling company Paprec, with the target to recycle 5,000 t/year. With the Second Life program, Gerflor collects also offcuts from floors installers COLLECTION GERFLOR MANUFACTURING PLANT 5 FLOOR TO FLOOR SORTING & RECYCLING PLANT 3 6 PRODUCTION OF SUBFLOORS WITH RECYCLED MATERIAL GRINDING OF RECYCLED PVC GRANULATES SECOND LIFE!
