No action may be taken on any item not appearing on the posted agenda, except as provided by Gov. 4 SUMMARY: Padre Dam Municipal Water District issued a Notice to Proceed on December 8, 2016 for the construction of the Eastern Service Area Secondary Connection Project. The construction duration is expected to last approximately 500 calendar days. According to this schedule, the Project would be completed in the spring of RECOMMENDATION(S): Reference attached construction progress report for September 2017 and attend a tour of the construction site located at 8954 El Dorado Pkwy, El Cajon. Formed and poured reservoir column bases and placed column rebar and formwork. Erected scaffolding and formed roof deck. Pump station suction lateral piping encased. SDCWA Flow Control Facility concrete slab formed and poured. Installed 20 supply pipe from FCF to Reservoir. Excavated jack and bore pit for tunnel. Coordination with Helix Water District for November/December shutdown to connect to existing 48- inch Flume. Coordination with SDCWA for submittal reviews and QA/QC tests and inspections. Factory inspections of Water Authority Plunger Valve in Turkey and Germany and Monolithic Isolation Joints in Houston, Texas. MEETINGS Weekly Construction Progress Meetings: 9/7, 9/14, 9/21, 9/28. Other Meeting with PD staff, Filanc and the CM team to review the conduit layout for the Pump Station provided in Submittal SAFETY TUNNEL BORING PIT No safety issues were reported for work in September.
