1 Incroflo TM Speciality additives for wood plastic composites Step-up to better WPC At the heart of better plastics

2 Introducing Incroflo Developed scientifically to enhance WPC processing Increase production output Improved mechanical properties compared to the industry standard lubricant Superior dispersion of wood particles and pigments Reduced water uptake Enhanced mold release Reduced wear on processing equipment Metal stearate free Minimal interaction with coupling agent Easily dosed at levels of 1 5 % Range of free flowing microbeads or pastilles

3 Atmer anti-stats and UV absorbers Atmer anti-stats Reduced handling products during transport and storage Reduced dirt and dust pick up Reduced risk of electrical discharge Atmer UV absorber Reduced colour fade Protection against surface cracking Decelerate rate of wear on parts

4 Problems with WPC processing Extruding highly filled polymers will have reduced melt flow The wood flour is not compatible with the polymer Processing cannot be speeded up by increased heating Additives are needed to improve processing Coupling Agents : improve compatibility of wood flour & polymer Lubricants : improve the flow of the WPC Outdoor parts can be adversely effected by moisture and microbial action Electric charge can be built up during processing Static charge can attract dust & dirt Outdoor WPC will be subjected to UV UV radiation can lead to colour fade, surface cracking & accelerated wear
