3 s. KAISER wire-pull casings ensure professional cable routing through conduit networks. According to DIN , conduit lengths of more than 12 m and more than two bends require wire-pull casings which allow cables to be added or retrofitted at any time. s provide multiple conduit entry options and maximum free space to ensure a continuous cable network - also in the case of later changes to the electrical installation. Quick, secure installation using pre-fitted nails Clean formwork striking when facing concrete is required High level of dimensional stability - no internal support required Versatile conduit entry options Easy fixing in the wall using Prefix installation technology Stackable INNOVATION

4 1 The new wire-pull-casings are available in two sizes and in each case in a deep and shallow design. They are suitable for installation in ceilings and walls. Versatile entry options for M20 to M50 are marked on the side surfaces of the casings. Large-area break-out openings can also be used and later closed with installation foam. In addition, KAISER s range of products includes matching screw and waterproof covers, which allows adaptation of room-side covering of the wire-pull casings to every installation situation. No internal support is required because of the high level of dimensional stability. The upper frame is always used when insulation is retrofitted and the height of the casing must then be adjusted. The frame is 45 mm high and the height can be increased to any height required by turning by 180, so even great large insulation thicknesses are not a problem.

5 2 3 4 The Prefix installation system, with its tried-and-tested wings, allows easy, fast and precise installation to the opposing formwork without support. The wings are snapped into the slots provided. The spring-loaded Prefix wings generate high pressure against the opposing formwork and ensure an exact fit of the box and a clean wall appearance, even with facing concrete. 1 Fixing to the ceiling formwork takes place by means of 8 pre-fitted nails. The nail domes have a predetermined breaking point, so they are removed when the formwork is removed. 2 The conduit entries can easily be opened using a step drill or hammer and screwdriver. 3 If multiple different conduits are inserted, the side walls can be removed with a hammer. 4 If extremely high pressure is expected, tie wires on the rear wall provide even more security during fixing.
