3 Prefabricated Swimming Pools - MAGNELIS PANEL MAGNELIS PANEL is a latest addition of Aqua SpA in the prefabricated structures field. This is a panel in metal made according to the innovative industrial solutions that goes beyond the traditional carpentry products giving the superior finishing as well as the high structural strength. The production is entirely automated with interlocking folds to avoid any kind of welding and to assure an extremely precise coupling through 3 or bolts according to the height. MAGNELIS PANEL is equipped with its own system of horizontal adjustment of millimeters meanwhile its back support is designed to be regulated vertically. MAGNELIS PANEL is manufactured in magnesium steel, latest generation metal able to give an absolute resistance to corrosion, and outside is coated with a film of plastic material to guarantee a further protection during the installation and backfilling. Magnelis is a metallic coating made in zinc with a superior class made of 3.5% of aluminum and 3% of magnesium able to offer unsurpassed resistance to corrosion. The chemical composition of this coating gives Magnelis advantages that make it unique: - Protection cicatrizing - holes, shear zones and weld points. - Improved weld ability due to reduced amounts of zinc. - Key role of magnesium against corrosion in environments containing chlorine and ammonia. - Economical solution and and effective as a substitute for post-galvanized metal, aluminum or stainless steel inox. FEATURES: Perimetral structure made in polystyrene formwork EPS, designed for receive to get into an iron armor and a concrete casting. Totall wall thickness 5cm.
