9 IV. Project Timeline List estimated dates to begin and finish construction The construction phase of the project will have a duration of 60 to 90 days. The estimated start date is September 15 th or sooner and with estimated end date of December 15 th. V. Equal Business Opportunity (EBO) Program The project team acknowledges receipt and understands the EBO requirements outlined in attachment C of the EIG application overview indicating that all projects that are awarded an incentive from the CCDC shall include best-faith efforts to reach no less than 25% participation by women and/or minority-owned businesses (W/MBEs) in the project s development cost. The project team will submit signed copies of the Equal Business Opportunity (EBO) Program Requirements document (Attachment D) and the Equal Business Opportunity (EBO) Program Proposed Utilization Plan document (Attachment E) to verify compliance.
