2 CONDITIONS OF SUPPLY: * TERMS OF DELIVERY: 90/120 days from the date of payment of account * TRANSPORTATION: by shipment company or other means that you will point out to us (E.X.W) * PACKING: on request * CONSIGNEMENT: freight of transport complete at your charges. Srl s factory * INSTALLATION: not included * WARRANTY: 12 months for all the material blades excepted, inserts, drilling tools and electric components, since the date of the invoice and not more than on one shift at day (max hours). The warranty cover the parts that will be considered defect, giving spear parts Ex Work our Factory. In case of request of assistance of our engineer for changing the warranty parts, expenses of trip and staying will be at charge of the buyer, in accordance with the price list. From the warranty are excluded any reimbursement and answer of compensation for machine out of order. * EXCLUSION: transport, out loading from the truck of the line, installation oil of first filling * PAYMENT: 30% in advance at the order settlement by Irrevocable Letter of Credit, confirmed from First Class Italian Bank and payable at sight against presentation of shipping documents. Validity of the present offer: 30 days. The installation must be protected by barriers (as norms UNI EN 294, pr EN 953 etc) against accidents able to avoid the access of people in the working areas and movements of the pieces. Such barriers must have studied in operation of the location of the plant in the establishment of the customer and therefore their description and quotation can be effected later after total technical and logical definition. *For any further general conditions of selling that are not indicated in this quotation are valid the UCIMU GENERAL CONDTIONS OF SALE FOR MACHINE TOOLS. 3 DESCRIPTIVE This automatic CNC punching line is the result of our study for processing I-beam HEA- HEB- steel angles, steel plates, with high speed and very low cost in production, thanks to our know how in the punching operation, all managed with high CNC technology. The installation will be so composed: A) The machine will be equipped with infeed table and NC pusher system in order to moving in longitudinal sense - X axis the stell bars with max length mm (other measure are possible on request) All the rollers and the supporting surfaces of the infeed table will be thermically treaded for longevity. Sideways to the roller driving system an engine with relative pusher fed by motor brushless and managed by the CNC, on recycle balls screw, it will move in longitudinal sense the I- bea, steel angles, steel plates positioning them inside the punching system. B) A basement of support realized in carpentry electro-welded will act from support to the four punching machines on opposite sideds (one by one). On the basement, will be placed n.4 hydraulic horizontal locks and 8 hydraulic vertical locks will be managed automatically by CNC in a sequential cycle, keeping the I beam (or the other steel bars material) locked during the punching operation. 4 C) N. 4 Punching machines (single punch) 85 tonn each for the punching of four flange of I- beam, will act to punching as maximum diameter: 32mm on a material thickness 20mm; or as a maximum thickness: maximum 25 mmon a material thicness 25mm, (material resistance ρ=42kg/mm 2 ) Back mark distance 26mm. Two of the above mentioned punching machines will be placed on the left side of the infeed tableand will be mooved vertically thanks to guides balls screw motor brushless and all managed by the NC. On the other side of the infeed table other two punching machines 85 ton each will be placed, with the same technical detail of the previous, with a more shifting lateral that could allow the right positioning according to the width of the processing steel profiles. Translation cross of these punching machines will be managed by CNC and will be given with guides ball screws motor brushless. So automatically the punching machine will positioning on a minimum of 140/160mm to a maximum of 600mm. The line will accept as maximum height of the flange(leg) of the I-beam: 320 m, and width maximum of I beam 600mm. Pagina 4

This punching machine will punch as maximum diameter: 30mm on a material thickness 16mm with a back mark distance 26mm (material resistance ρ=42kg/mm 2 ). Pagina 5

6 Vertical shifting will be about 170mm, enough to be able to punch web of the 600mm widht I-beam bars. E) N. 1 Outfeed table will be built in electrowelded structure complete of thermically treated rolls for supporting the steel bars max length 12 mt. in exit from the drilling station. F) An hydraulic apparatus complete of pomp, electric valves, filters and electric motor of about 35 Kw, and all other equipments necessary for the proper functioning of the machine will feed hydraulically and independently the four punching machines and the locks. Electric Tension electric 400 V Hz (other voltage will be requested). The maximum pressure of working is 315 bar. G) A pneumatic system will assist some movements of the lines. H) Electric power 400V 50Hz (other voltage will be possible on request), with electric panel complete of air conditioning system. Pagina 6

7 A pulpit of command, is placed frontally to the basement and useful for the operator, completed of electric apparatus and console supporting the PC. Numerical Control will be studied and prepared carefully by our engineer IMAC; Windows based very user friendly programming system that has a graphical interface with the operator to insert the input of the product manually. CAM software standard and CAD file in DSTV-format can be imported on request. Pagina 7

The interface with operator is graphic with PC completed of video touch screen, industrial keyboard with polycarbonate membrane IP 65. CD/DVD Dirve, USB port. Automatic CNC PUNCHING LINE will be supplied with painting type RAL 5015 blue; RAL 2005 orange or will be chosen to your necessity. Pagina 8
