Integra Central Locking (With two keys) Tenderers are requested to physically supply, assemble, install to the room and commission all requested furniture as part of this tender. Tenderers must demonstrate that it is tested and in working order before the Trust will accept the furniture. This must cover as a minimum: a. Deliver the furniture to the correct academy assigned to the order b. Delivery the furniture to the correct building, room and location in room agreed with the Trust c. The Trust is able to confirm there are no accessibility issues in delivering all furniture specified d. Assemble the furniture to the correct manufacturer specification 2. Tenderers are requested to provide a basic handover service, this must include: a. Demonstration that the product operates as specified in the Tender Submission from the awarding Tenderer. b. Thorough documentation of the equipment being provided and all warranty information. 3. Tenderers are expected to remove all waste, packaging and unrequired material upon delivery. Delivery Schedule Tenderers are expected to meet the delivery timescales set out within this tender. If lead Tenderers are requested to show how they proposed to meet the detailed timescales

9 a. Confirmation that they can meet the dates set b. Confirm the lead-time of each device category Confirm that they will supply devices and services over a number of years as stated in the Tenderers confirm that items listed in the MAT Product Catalogue meet the specified Future Orders Archway Learning Trust would like the option to: 1. Be able to purchase additional devices within the contract period through the MAT Product Catalogue. Tendeerers confirm this is available. 2. Confirm that they can provide fixed pricing for the MAT Product Catalogue as requested. The pricing for this should be consistent and comparable to devices already supplied under this LOT. Project Team Tenderers identify the Project Manager and or project team for the Lot. Tenderers identify the whole project team and any sub contractors involved in the Project Delivery Tender response meets all minimum specifications Tender response confirms that future orders can be placed within the contract period Tender response shows that tenderers can deliver same or equivalent devices for 12 Tenderer is able to deliver project to set deadline(s)? Tenderer has submitted satisfactory references? Financial Tenderer has recognised and conformed to the budget highlighted in the Tender Requirements? Pricing submitted as per cost matrix? Prices submitted excluding of Value Added Tax? Does the tender clearly state the acceptance of fixed price?
