3 Dresselhaus delivers customer-specific parts and engineered parts manufactured precisely in accordance with your specifications from all standard materials and special materials certainly with surface treatment in accordance with current regulations. Whether cold-formed or hot-formed parts, turned or milled parts, punched, laser-cut or bent parts, products of zinc die-casting extending to ready-to-install assemblies and assembly parts: Worldwide, highly-qualified producers are available to us that ensure the requisite quality standards, including all tests and acceptance certificates at attractive conditions. Based on your specifications we select the optimum manufacturing technology for you and offer a suitable solution. There are virtually no limits set on your individual specifications. This includes almost all diameter ranges, lengths and thread forms of all materials, as well as tolerances and surfaces. Our qualified staff supports you already during the development phase of your fixing solutions. This also includes the set up of drawings for your special parts.

4 COLD FORMED PARTS We offer cold formed parts, e. g. special screws, step bolts and female threaded parts. All mouldable steels and non-ferrous metals will be produced acc. to your required strength class. HOT FORMED PARTS We offer hot formed parts, e. g. bolts, construction parts and special screws. Large diameter and series with low quantities und high natural strain are produced out of steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals (e. g. Alu, MS etc.), special materials as well as heat-proof and heat-resisting alloys. TURNED MILLED PARTS Turned milled parts are produced in different executions, e. g. simple turned parts, precision turned parts, micro-screws, post processing of DIN/ISO parts, complex precision turned parts, milled parts CNC. Our product range includes all kinds of geometries according to customer specifications in various materials and executions - small, medium and large series.

5 STAMPED, LASER AND BENT PARTS Among other things, our assortment consists of structural parts and slice-alike parts of iron sheet or parent material with easy or demanding outlines, in steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous-metals (e.g. Alu, MS etc.) as well as in special materials. Those are pierced, perforated, pultruded or bent. Everything is possible in technical realizable thickness. ZINC DIE-CAST PARTS You get zinc die-cast parts with demanding geometries. Highest size accuracy, material and weight saving as well as different coating possibilities offer a complex spectrum of zinc die-cast varieties. Those are customized developed. Upon request, also with mechanical post-editing. ASSEMBLIES AND INSTALLATION PARTS Besides the delivery of individual parts acc. to drawings, we also realize the assembly of complete components of assembly parts for you, customer - specific in all joining processes. We convert, label and pack at your requests.

6 A further service is an individual packaging of your parts. This includes marking, labeling, customer-specific packaging and complete assembly bags for the complete industry supply. Upon request and acc. to your criteria, the parts can also be assorted mechanically. ON-DEMAND DELIVERY CYCLES On request, our own technical application consultants support our customers on-site in evaluating their applications and in designing solutions for their fastening problem. Our own CAD system allows us to create technical 3D drawings for production and quality assurance, based on your specifications or samples. We document and archive all product-specific data and documents in a state-of-the-art PLM system, viewable for you, so that the parts history remains traceable at any time.
