4 SEAL Water repellent SEAL grades are based on a unique encapsulation technology in which allows the application of silanes in powder form. The shielded active ingredient is released in-situ only after mixing with water and provides unmatched surface and bulk water repellent properties. 5 ERA Efflorescence reduction ERA grades are based on encapsulation of specific resin in powder from. Active ingredient is released in-situ during mixing with water and provides significant reduction of primary and secondary efflorescence caused by mineral binders or substrates during and after setting. Especially formulations of deep and bright colors are considered as critical. Dry mortar systems are complex formulations using numerous raw materials and additives that can vary depending on the requirement profiles and the local raw material situation. For self-levelling smoothing compounds, ternary mineral binder systems such as ordinary portland cement, calcium aluminate cement and calcium sulphate or calcium sulfo-aluminate cement in combination with a polymeric binder (redispersible polymer powder) are generally used.
