26 Instructions for use Preparation Substrates t should be clean and free of dust and grease but can be moist. Loose parts must be removed and if necessary primer must be used (e.g. old plaster) Shake can thoroughly for 30 seconds Bonding of light insulation panels Apply adhesive on panel in beads of about 3cm (see drawing) Cover +/- 40% of the surface, press together within 8minutes, hold during +/-30 seconds, support bottom side when vertical

27 Instructions for use Bonding of plasterboards Apply adhesive on panel in beads of about 3cm (see drawing) Cover +/- 40% of the surface,press; wait for 4-6 minutes, Press together, hold during +/-30 seconds or fix temporarily Very appropriate with positioning blocks Do not knock on or remove the panel, if so apply Soudabond Easy again!! Joining AAC blocks (cellular concrete,...) Remove dust, especially if block has been manually sawn. Apply adhesive in beads. No waiting time. Press within 8 minutes

28 Remarks / limitations!!! Always perform adhesion test on the combination substrate / surface / load!!! Soudabond Easy does not give any guarantee for load-bearing walls any system guarantee for bonding in facade- and roof systems => system producer! Not applicable without extra mechanical fixing glass and mineral wool panels (depends on internal strength of the wool) Insulation panels with PP/PE membrane (no adhesion on PE/PP) too unflat surface / too thick layer (must be <=15mm) bonding on frames (covered surface must be >=40%)

29 Remarks / limitations!!! Always perform adhesion test on the combination substrate / surface / load!!! Don ts Do not moisten: leads to more post-expansion, except when both surfaces are not absorbing Do not apply with strong wind Do s - Do shake frequently : more yield and better foam/adhesive - Cover up neighbouring surfaces
