3 About Us Consulting Engineering Group Ltd (CEG) was established in 2003 by four leading companies with long proven experience in construction projects consulting. The company s structure has been designed to meet effectively the demand for quality services in Bulgaria through its extensive network of branch offices and appropriate communication with the respective authorities. CEG provides its Clients with fully integrated project management and consulting services which completely cover all stages of a construction project including the legally required construction supervision. Under a single contract our team could solve all the complex issues related to the construction process. Our Clients have the advantage of working with only one partner, who guarantees comprehensive package of services for the execution of their project. This allows us to achieve total optimization of the project and thus to improve its quality, schedule and rates of return. Our highly qualified and well-trained experts are known for their rich local and international experience in project management, consulting and construction supervision services. Our experts in-dept knowledge of the Bulgarian legal regulations and experience with international standards such as FIDIC and British Standard, as well as with programs like ISPA, PHARE, WB and others, helps us to achieve long lasting relationships with our Clients and increase customer satisfaction.
