6 Previous Significant Projects 2010 The Oracle Broadbeach $850,000,000 Client: South Sky Investments DCA (now fully owned by Sedgman Consulting) were engaged to provide the full spectrum of hydraulic services to the development which includes two towers of 40 and 50 levels, a street level retail & café precinct, multiple swimming pools, water features, an indoor spa & heated pool. A number of unique design features were implemented including multi-pressure zone fire hydrant & fire hose reel system, & a multi-zone hot & warm reticulated water supply system from a single hot water plant Serene Living, Tweed Heads $25,000,000 Client: Serene Properties The six storey development consists of 77 self-contained dwellings. We provided civil, structural and hydraulic services which included concept design and design development, review and advice on geotechnical reports, detailed design, preparation of construction documentation and certification. Site supervision of key structural elements was provided throughout construction to completion. 79 Market Street, Melbourne $20,000,000 Client: Platnium Constructions 10 storey residential development, consisting of 67 selfcontained dwellings. Provided concept design and design development, detailed design, construction documentation and certification and site supervision during construction Richlands Bottling Facility $35,000,000 Client: Coca-cola Amatil Australiay Coca Cola s Richands Bottling Facility is a multi-functional plant comprising multiple tanks in the syrup room, palletisers, de-palletisers and packers, water treatment plant and refrigeration compressors. Sedgman Consulting provided planning approvals services and structural engineering for multiple projects throughout the facility including: - New tank farms - Internal gantries - New wastewater treatment plant - New production lines and general structural advice and engineering Natadola Resort, Fiji $15,000,000 Client: Hotel Intercontinetal Prepared full hydraulics and fire service design for this fivestar international resort of 272 rooms. The resort features executive suites, restaurants and bars, swimming pools, a world-class day spa and 18-hole championship golf course Tannum Waters, Gladstone, Qld $5,000,000 Client: Lyons Tannum Waters Development Pty Ltd Stages 1 2 including water, sewer, earthworks and stormwater management strategies, display village Development Application, Operational Works approval, detailed design and construction cost estimate. 06

Stages (400 lots) including detailed design, operational works approval, stormwater management, sewer treatment plant upgrades, bulk earthworks and construction management. Provision of on-going planning and design services to the three staged upgrade of the project sewer treatment plant (from 1,000EP to 4,000EP) and management of the associated effluent irrigation area. Cobaki Development $3,000,000,000 Client: Leda Manorstead 12,000 person masterplanned residential and mixed use development. Development includes a village centre, residential precincts, community facilities and schools, open space, sporting facilities. As principal consultant for this project Sedgman Consulting completed the master planning, infrastructure planning, flood strategy and modelling, environmental advice, and civil and structural engineering work. Westadium, Perth, Wa $800,000,000 Client: Wa Government Prepared the hydraulic services Revit MEP shop drawings for the Hydraulics Contractor for the $820 million project.
