Established by 15+ Oilfield professionals and entrepreneurs who gained experience at international oil companies adds up to 50 drilling and workover years of experience built TACOIL with deep and analytical understanding for the Oilfields to come ideally suited to drilling and workover day to day rig needs. Well Site Preparation Whether you were up to spud a new well or to perform new workover operations, well site preparation is the first key step in well work. ESP Concrete Base and VSD Skid Fabrication In order to use the step-up/down transformers, VSD, UPS on an ESP producer these equipment have to be installed inside a steel frame like cage called VSD SKID, our company manufactures and delivers a steel VSD skids for depleted fields operators. The costumer by the end of the job is supplied with the required skid size for (205,467,520,644) KVA and certificates for our job quality.

6 3. Artesian Wells at rig sites Show us your well coordinates and ensure you are accessing the highest flow rate possible with services from Tacoil. Our trusted water well drilling team performs complete water testing for your rig requirements prior to rig up and spud. ESP will be installed once rig is on location and power source is supplied. 4. Iron/Welding Works We specialized team that has years of experience in iron works including fabrication of rig substructure scaffolding, cellar covers, mud system covers, ESP VSD skids, etc. Tacoil fabricates and provides diesel tanks of capacity ranges from 4 m 3 to 90 m 3 for ESP VSD diesel requirements.

7 INSPECTION SERVICE LINE Your pipes and oilfield tubulars can be prone to corrosion, cracking, thirdparty damage and manufacturing flaws. Our Drill Pipe and Tubular inspection services identify defects and discontinuities before they cause serious damage, assuring smooth operation and reducing financial risks. 1. DRILL PIPE INSPECTION Depending on your requirements Tacoil is able to provide a variety of drill pipe related services ranging from basic/standard to critical standards including: External cleaning by sandblasting. External cleaning by buffing. Internal rust removal cleaning and internal crystal removal by high pressure jetting. Tool joint inspection. By the end of the job the client will receive Final Job Report and ISO Certificate in accordance with API RP 7G and ISO: for Steel Drill pipe 2. BOTOM HOLE ASSEMBLY INPSECTION We can provide BHA inspections on any drilling components in the industry including but not limited to: Drill collars. HWDP. Cross Over Subs. String Stabilizers. Reamers. Bit subs. MWD, LWD, mud motors and turbines. Fishing tools.

8 We perform visual inspection, dimensional inspection, magnetic particle examination, Dye Penetrant Examination, Ultrasonic wall thickness and refacing all in accordance with and to assure compliance with API RP 7G and ISO standards. The upper inspections may follow external cleaning by sandblasting, external cleaning by buffing, internal rust removal cleaning, and internal crystal removal by high pressure jetting and tool joint inspection all in accordance with API RP 7G and ISO: for Steel Drill pipe, ISO for rotary drill stem elements and ISO for threading, gauging, rotary shouldered thread connections. CASING AND TUBING INSPECTION We have specialized teams to get your casing and production tubing ready to RIH by providing the following services: Casing/tubing visual inspection Premium connection (VAM TOP) / API connection inspection. NORM (LSA) scale is removed with our fully automated and very high pressure time system, see for procedures. Pipes, Tubing, Drill Pipes and Casing can be cleaned inside and outside at the same time to give very fast production. Risers can be cleaned and de-scaled to a white metal finish. NDT Inspection equipment, including the hydraulics for lifting and rotating the pipes can be supplied as part of a full turnkey package.
