35 Project also includes 3 pipeline crossings of BNSF tracks (2 storm sewer, 1 sanitary sewer). Project team has been coordinating with BNSF since July th Street BNSF intends to remove all signal equipment at start of Phase 2 Construction. Project Risks BNSF Coordination City paying for flagging. Contractor executes separate agreement with BNSF (in Special Provisions).

36 City can close control gates to reduce normal flows for short term construction work. Generally requires extensive snow pack in BSR watershed. 37 Northern Long-Eared Bat Potential Roosting Tree Removal Limitations Remove 175 trees north of 26 th Street between October 1, 2019 and April 1, Emerald Ash Borer consideration (sheet B7 plan note): To minimize spreading of the emerald ash borer, ash trees should not be removed between May 1 and September 1. Remove 86 trees south of 26 th Street by April 1, Project Risks Environmental Issues For Rotary Park project, City removed trees to meet April 1 timeframe.

39 Northern Natural Gas extended casing across 26 th Street in Xcel to relocate south side power line in early Last HDR review of Xcel plan was November Plans show all utility conflicts and actions. Sprint and MCI to relocate/lower fiber lines along RR tracks in 2019 and/or Project Risks Private Utilities

40 Public open house/meeting: February/March 2019 Led by design team Contractor attendance is expected. Public will be invited to part of the weekly construction meetings.
