3 NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT OFFICE INVITATION TO TENDER Submiion Date/Time at hour 1. NUTECH deire to procure the lit of item()/store() a per Annexure-A. Reference picture are attached at Annexure A-1. Intereted bidder are requeted to end their bid through courier or deliver at NUTECH under two eparate ealed envelope (placed together in third envelope), marked clearly, "Technical Offer" and "Commercial Offer", repectively to the underigned, latet by or before above mentioned due date. If due to any unforeeen circumtance, NUTECH etablihment remain cloed, then the lat date of ubmiion will be extended to next working day. 2. Pleae alo note that Technical Offer hould contain Annexe-A & B duly filled in (upported with relevant technical literature /detail/ catalogue etc). Commercial Offer will contain Annexure-C. Pleae enure no pace i left blank in the annexe. 3. Following mut be noted for thi IT (Invitation to Tender):- a. Validity of offer will be 90 day and with delivery period of 30 day b. Color photo of propoed furniture need to be provided both in oft and hard copie(in USB with technical offer) c. Site/facility may be viited for verification of quality and tock availability d. Intallation, aembling and fitting of furniture at NUTECH will be included in the project. e. Tender() mut be accompanied with a Bid Bond in agreement of faithful compliance of the condition of Contract/Purchae Order. Thi amount will be equivalent to 2% of the total quoted value. In cae of non-acceptance of any offer, the Bid Bond will be returned to the bidder by fatet poible mean. The Bid Bond amount ubmitted by the ucceful bidder will however be refunded on effective termination of Contract/ Purchae Order. (The Bid Bond will be forfeited in cae of default by the bidder from hi commitment made through hi offer). Submiion of Bid Bond i mandatory; otherwie your offer will be rejected. f. 1 year warranty certificate will be required from the date of commiioning, againt termite and breakage. g. Slight variation in deign and pec will be acceptable. h. Rate hould be quoted on Free Delivery bai at NUTECH Ilamabad.
