Our innovative geotextiles are manufactured in Ringgold, GA and shipped to customers in more than 85 countries across the globe. Encompassing more than 807,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing and distribution space, our plant boasts the industry s largest geosynthetic capacity under one roof. This facility houses an onsite testing facility that is certified by the Geosynthetic Accreditation Institute/Laboratory Accreditation Program (GAI-LAP) and is ISO 9001 and certified. ISO is an international certification that recognizes that Propex is actively measuring its environmental impact and continuously looking for ways to improve it. Some of the ways we do this is by re-pelletizing scrap polypropylene so it can be recycled into new product and installing motion sensor lights in the plant to reduce energy consumption.

7 Engineered with optimal elongation to allow placement directly onto a milled surface. Flexible design allows smooth, wrinkle-free installation, even around curves. Poses no hazard or irritation associated with fiberglass-based products. Solar reflective fabric remains up to 50 F cooler than dark paving fabric, minimizing tack coat bleed through and tracking and enabling a cooler work environment. Reflective fabric provides better visibility during night paving. Thicker design than most fiberglass-based paving mats, allows greater stress absorption to more efficiently slow fatigue and reflective cracking. Proven performance equal to an additional 1.5 asphalt concrete overlay thickness. Does not rupture when placed directly onto a milled surface. Retains at least 0.20 gal./sq/yd. asphalt cement to -4 become a true, 10 cm/sec pavement moisture barrier. Flexible design maintains an uncompromised moisture barrier, even if cracking does occur in the pavement. Engineered to be easily milled and recycled into new asphalt concrete.

9 REFLECTEX & REFLECTEX RAPID INSTALL REFLECTEX Rapid Install is a cutting-edge concrete pavement interlayer system that is comprised of REFLECTEX solar reflective bond breaker geotextile and ProGrip adhesive. ProGrip replaces the traditional nail-down installation method, reducing installation time and creating significant cost savings. 10 GRIDPRO GRIDPRO is a geogrid that is punched and drawn from polypropylene or High Density Polyethylene (HDPE). It is designed to interlock with soil and aggregate to provide improved bearing capacity and stability. Its rigid construction provides high tensile strength properties for soil reinforcement applications. GRIDPRO is available in BXP biaxial and UXP uniaxial geogrids.
