2 Creative profiles Our range of Creative Profiles has been produced in order to allow the designer total freedom of expression. Whether they are sinusoidal, trapezoidal, zig-zag, or combinations of all three, the Creative Profiles can also be perforated and embossed in an endless variety of patterns. All the Creative Profiles are manufactured on a bespoke basis, in order that designers can produce something truly unique. Setting the imagination free Manufactured in custom shapes, sizes and colours, they bring a new dimension to creative floor, wall and ceiling design, as well as columns or canopies - indeed anywhere that can benefit from a fresh approach to the design of metal cladding. The only limit is the imagination of the designer. Materials High-grade steel, steel, aluminium, brass, titanium zinc, copper as well as other metals. Mechanical finishes The Creative Profiles can be produced in a range of surface finishes, e.g. pickled, polished, sand-blasted textured, with PE and PVDF varnish coats We manufacture according to your requirements: l In sizes up to 5,000 mm panel length l In standard thicknesses from 0.7 mm to 1.5 mm Overall width 1 Vertical/Upright l When ordering, please specify the desired shapes and panel sizes. l Special sizes in other materials are also available on request Overall length Creative Profiles can be fixed by means of individually designed edge elements without any need for additional angles or sheets. 3 Corrugated, Trapezoidal and Zigzag Profiles Curving Creative Profiles can be supplied curved, either concave or convex if required. Areas of applications are in tunnel linings, special wagons, and canopy roofs. Curved sheets may also be supplied tapered. This makes the Creative Profiles an outstanding option for covering roof cupolas, for example. 4 Perforations Various options can be supplied, either over entire areas or with partial perforation. Additionally, fretwork and recesses for speakers, lamps, beams, fixing holes etc. can be added to any corrugated sheet. Note: Sheet thickness: t= mm smallest radius for sheet thickness: t= 0.5 mm = 3,000 mm t= 0.7 mm = 1,200 mm t= 1.0 mm = 1,000 mm Cambered sheets made of aluminium, steel and stainless steel: For technical reasons 200 mm at each end of the sheet are left uncambered (G) Length of sheet upon request b = Arc length For ordering we need the following information: b = arc length s = chord h = height R = radius (all measurements in millimetre) 6 7
