1 Window Covering Projects At 6 District Sites Bid #19-01 ADDENDUM NO. 1 February 13, 2019 Owner: Project Manager: 300 El Cerrito Avenue Hillsborough, CA Capital Program Management, Inc Heritage Lane, Suite 210 Sacramento, CA This Addendum has been prepared to clarify, modify, delete, or add to the drawings and/or specifications for the above referenced project, and revisions to items listed here shall supersede description thereof prior to the above stated date. All conditions not specifically referenced here shall remain the same. It is the obligation of the Prime Contractor to make subcontractors aware of any items herein that may affect submitted proposals. Acknowledge receipt of this addendum by inserting its number and date in the proposal documents. Failure to do so may subject respondent to disqualification. All bids must be received at the Hillsborough City School District, 300 El Cerrito Avenue, Hillsborough, CA BEFORE 2:00:00pm on Wednesday, February 20, Refer to Exhibit A Summary & Inventory REPLACE page 72 with attached Exhibit A page 72. The following have been incorporated into a notes section: a. All measurements estimated are to the nearest inch. b. Contractor must field verify sizes of all blinds and shades prior to ordering. c. At The Bridge School, Contractor to remove and reinstall existing blinds/shades to accommodate the installation of window tint. d. In all locations scheduled for new blinds, Contractor is to remove and dispose of existing blinds. e. Contractor to remove any existing window film prior to the installation of new film. f. Contractor to install three (3) different sample tints at South Elementary School for District review to determine if specified tint is appropriate on tinted glazing.
