Roof pitch will not be modified. 9/15/ Colorado Avenue, Long Beach, California The re-roof of a flat roof on MFR with built up cap sheet, metal flashing (3" x 3") along roof edge; Painted white to match trim. 9/18/ Temple Avenue, Long Beach, California The installation of 30 yr composition shingles, gray in color, to match fascia board with a 2" drip edge painted white. Roof pitch shall not be modified. 9/19/ Temple Avenue, Long Beach, California The installation of an air conditioning unit on the roof at the rear of SFR on east elevation.
