Roof pitch will not be modified. 9/15/ Colorado Avenue, Long Beach, California The re-roof of a flat roof on MFR with built up cap sheet, metal flashing (3" x 3") along roof edge; Painted white to match trim. 9/18/ Temple Avenue, Long Beach, California The installation of 30 yr composition shingles, gray in color, to match fascia board with a 2" drip edge painted white. Roof pitch shall not be modified. 9/19/ Temple Avenue, Long Beach, California The installation of an air conditioning unit on the roof at the rear of SFR on east elevation. 4 Bluff Heights 9/20/ East Colorado Street, Long Beach, California Construct a 6'4" H concrete panel wall from the rear northwest corner of existing SFR to the rear of the property line. The wall will be 10' long at sides and 40' long at rear of property. The wall will be stuccoed in a smooth sand finish, "Beige" in color. Fences $ /22/ Molino Avenue, Long Beach, California Replace existing foundation to match in size, location, and dimensions. No siding will be removed and the SFR will not be raised. All new windows to be sash and recessed to match original. Maintain wood surrounds and sills. Maintain original openings and dimensions of windows. Projects with Staff Arch. $ /13/ West 4th Street, Long Beach, California Re-Roof existing SFR with 30 yr. composition shingles (Dark Brown). Roof pitch will not be modified; a 1" drip edge to be installed, painted white to match fascia board. Repair concrete foundation on east elevation ONLY. No wood siding will be removed. Paint house using Weather Beater brand paint. Color choices: Foundation and skirt of SFR "Dark Blue", Main Body: "Gray Blue" and Trim: "White". Please see paint samples submitted 9/13/06.
