1 BY Model 195 Loader Attachment Assembly & Operator s Manual Read and become familiar with this manual before assembling or operating your loader attachment. This manual assumes the reader is already familiar with the operation of the Panellift Wallboard Lift model or 460. If this is not the case, read and become familiar with the basic operations of your drywall lift before using this attachment. 4 BOLT ON HEAD For Illustration purposes only, we are showing the assembly of the 195 loader onto the Panellift model Begin by attaching the head mount bracket onto the frame of the loader attachment. 1 2 Choose the correct head depending on your Panellift model (either key no. 11 or 12 in parts index). Tighten bolt assembly securely. 3 4

5 BOLT ON WINCH Attach the winch assembly on the frame with the 2 bolts provided and tighten securely. In addition, attach the winch handle on the winch wheel and tighten bolts securely. 7 8

6 CABLE PLACEMENT 3 9 Feed the cable through the inside of the winch spool as shown. Secure the copper crimp of the cable behind the mooring tab and pull back cable to secure crimped end tight around mooring tab. 11 Then rotate the winch in the direction of the arrows to take up the slack

7 ATTACH FOOT BRACKET 4 Push down on the foot plate spring. The foot plate snaps into place. To remove the foot plate you must 13 depress the spring to release. The foot plate can be stored away when not in use as shown in the photo below

8 HANG ON LIFT 5 After assembling your loader attachment you must mount it over the top of the lift. It will rest against the frame. IMPORTANT Be sure the telescoping section retaining latch is clamped before placing onto lift as shown in the middle photos Add the cradle to the Panellift and your loader is ready to use! 460 Next > Operating the Loader

9 OPERATING THE LOADER For Illustration purposes only, we are showing the operation of the 195 Loader on the Panellift model By lifting up one edge of the wallboard you can place it onto the foot bracket of the loader attachment. Crank the winch handle clockwise to raise the wallboard to the desired level. Flip the support hooks down to cradle wallboard.

10 OPERATING THE LOADER 2 The wallboard can be tilted laterally or longitudinally for precise placement. Finally, raise the board as normal using your Panellift Drywall Lifter. Ready, Set, Lift!
