Safe electrical power supply was installed on site for site work in each floor. 5.2 Safety Meetings There were no safety meetings during the current reporting period. 5.3 Accident Status There were no Accidents during this reporting period. 5.4 Notice of Unsafe Condition None reported during this reporting period. 6.
