3 Ruukki s sandwich panels an adaptable solution for your project Our sandwich panels are versatile prefabricated construction eleents consisting of two colour-coated steel sheet layers with an inner core. Insulation core can be either polyisocyanuarate (PIR) or ineral wool (MW). 6 Coatings for sandwich panels Ruukki Hiarc att Matt surface coating recoended for noral exterior use. It is highly resistant against UV radiation and dirt pick-up. Ruukki Hiarc att is recoended for uses where odern distinguished appearance is required and excellent colour durability and dirt pick-up resistance are valued. Metallic colours are available for end uses where etallic appearance is required. Ruukki Hiarc Coating recoended for noral exterior use. It is highly resistant against UV radiation and dirt pick-up. Ruukki Csafe coating Ruukki Csafe coating is developed priarily for interior use, but can also be used on external faces. All essential inforation can be found on our website and at Toolbox At your disposal: Ruukki s esign Toolbox, containing the following software: TrayPan is a user-friendly application for optiized selection of Ruukki sandwich panels. The tool allows you to enter any static structure interacting with the sandwich panel loads (dead, live, theral, wind or snow (for roofs) loads). The software also allows the selection of sandwich panels depending on the other paraeters such as U-factor, fire resistance and acoustic paraeters. TrayPan contains two user interfaces: - optiization tool for quick and easy pre-selection, - designer version for detailed structural analysis.
