Specialists for 25 years in polycarbonate building systems, EVERLITE CONCEPT have designed a new solution for ventilated cladding which addresses these issues. The use of external thermal insulation achieves this effectively in a variety of attractive designs without losing any interior space within the building. However this does require careful installation to guarantee protection from the elements and the long life of the building. The principle of Danpalon BRV is based on natural ventilation by means of an air gap. The convective motion behind the panels keeps the insulation dry and maintains efficiency. It is light, robust and quick and easy to install. Available in long lengths, in several trims, colours and finishes, Danpalon BRV solutions are ideal for both new projects and refurbishment. Using the trusted Danpalon joint and being up to three times lighter than traditional laminated cladding, the Danpalon BRV system is completely watertight and may be installed to all types of supports. The Danpalon BRV brackets may be fixed directly to the load bearing wall or structural supports without the need for any additional frame. DIGITAL PRINTING MAINTENANCE AND SPECIFIC POINTS ECOLOGICAL MAINTENANCE Thanks to the low surface tension of Danpalon and Opalon panels, just use soap and warm water to clean the panels. The use of abrasive products is not recommended. OPAQUE Danpalon : this translucent range evokes a profound effect on the facade. Depending on the environment and the time of day, the appearance of the building changes with the lights and reflections projected onto the facade. Opalon: for bright colours with metallic and lacquered appearance, opt for the opaque panels in a wide range of tints. Photo-images, bespoke designs or patternation, our panels are printed according to your wishes. Our unique digital printing procedure guarantees the ink for ten years and greatly assists the cleaning of aggressive forms of graffiti*. HIGH PROTECTION TREATMENT This finish is especially adapted for facades and partitions at ground level which are at risk of deterioration by the public, repeated knocks, and wilful damage... The HP (High Protection) finish significantly enhances the strength of the treated surface against abrasions, scrapes and scratches it improves and facilitates aggressive cleaning, in the case of graffiti*, by means of specially adapted cleaning products. *Tests have revealed that some markers or paints can be indelible.
