1 Q1: What is Bayti? Bayti meaning My Home in Arabic is a collection of spacious homes designed and built with the family in mind. Bayti is a collection of 162 villas with 118 being constructed in phase one. Q2: Where is it located? It is located within Al Hamra Village in Ras Al Khaimah, the most awarded community in the Northern Emirates. Q3: How many rooms and what sizes are available? 3 Q10: Is the purchaser entitled to an investor s visa when purchasing a villa? Based on the federal governments current policy the Bayti villas qualify for a residency visa. AHRED will assist homeowners with their visa applications and procedures upon completion and handover of their homes. However, this process is subject to the full discretion of the government authorities. Q11: What upgrades are available? Bayti homes include very high standard of finish and quality material. There are additional fixtures, fittings, garage door, landscaping, Pergolas and lighting features that can be added. Q12: What is the sustainability model of the project? LEED, or Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design, is a green building certification program that recognizes best-in-class building strategies and practices. To receive LEED certification, building projects satisfy prerequisites and earn points to achieve different levels of certification. Prerequisites and credits differ for each rating system, and teams choose the best fit for their project. Bayti homes will be LEED certified. LEED stands for green building leadership. LEED is transforming the way we think about how buildings and communities are designed, constructed, maintained and operated across the globe. LEED certified buildings save money and resources and have a positive impact on the health of occupants, while promoting renewable, clean energy. 4 Q14: Is there a Show Villa? Yes, Bayti has a fully furnished 3 bedroom show villa available for viewing. It is located at the actual Bayti site, at Al Hamra Village, in Ras Al Khaimah.
