2 NBCC ORGANISED AN INTERACTIVE SESSION ON VIGILANCE AWARENESS WEEK, On the occasion of Vigilance Awareness week, Vigilance Division organised an Interactive session on November 01, 2016 at Corporate Office, with Shri Rajiv, Vigilance Commissioner, CVC, chairing the session alongwith Dr. Anoop Kumar Mittal, CMD accompanied by Shri S.K. Pal, Director (Finance), Shri Rajendra Chaudhari, Director (Commercial) and Shri Sanjiv Swarup, CVO. All Senior Executives of the Company based in Delhi/ NCR participated in the Interactive Session that dealt with various issues pertaining to Vigilance. 2

3 A PROGRAMME ON STRESS MANAGEMENT AND ETHICS NBCC Vigilance Division organised a programme on Stress Management and Ethics on November 02, 2016 at Corporate Office, on the occasion of observance of Vigilance Awareness Week. Shri B K Pius, Director, Brahma Kumaris, New Delhi conducted the programme emphasising upon the importance of Stress Management and Ethics in work life. 3

5 INAUGURATION OF ADAVANCED STUDY CENTRE AT LUCKNOW UNIVERSITY Adavanced Study Centre at Lucknow University, constructed by NBCC was inaugurated on by Hon'ble Governor of UP Sh. Ram Naik in the presence of all 22 Vice Chancellors of UP, Chairman ONGC Videsh Ltd and Sh. Pawan Kumar, CGM, NBCC. 5

11 NBCC CELEBRATED ITS 56TH FOUNDATION DAY NBCC celebrated its 56th Foundation Day on November 16, 2016 in New Delhi. The evening was graced by Dr. Anoop Kumar Mittal, CMD, NBCC; Shri D.S. Mishra, AS (UD); Directors of NBCC and other distinguished guests. Addressing the Guests and the Employees of the Company on the occasion, Dr. Mittal dwelt at length upon various achievements and business performance of the Company, particularly in recent years. He gave a brief account of the company's endeavoured business success vis-a-vis its committed involvement in all Government initiatives. Dr. Mittal accompanied by AS (UD) and Directors of NBCC also unveiled on the occasion, newly designed NBCC Lapel for the employees. He also announced a new welfare initiative for all employees of the Company, named Group Personnel Accident Insurance Policy for the employees of the Company amounting Rs lakh per employee. 11
