Primarily, Samrat's manufacturing facilities can be categorized under three heads, details of which are as follows : Plant 1: Samrat Plywood Limited Located at Habitpur (Punjab), the plant manufactures BWR Plywood and Decorative Veneers. The plant has a production capacity of 1500 cbm per month. Plant 2: Samrat Laminates Plywood Limited Located at Bhagwanpur (Punjab), the plant manufactures Block Boards, Flush Doors, Film Faced Plywood and MR Grade Plywood. The plant has a production capacity of 1000 cbm per month. The plant manufactures laminate sheets of thickness varying from.60mm to 12mm. Amongst which, the prime product manufactured is the laminates sheets with 1mm thickness. The production capacity of the plant is 1lakh sheets per month.

The preservative treatment carried during the production processes makes the plywood durable & long lasting. Widely appreciated by our customers for being powder proof, termite resistant & long lasting. Made from uniform quality veneer, selected from hard wood species. Veneers are bonded with phenol formaldehyde bwp grade resin under high temperature & pressure using pre pressed technology. Treated with fixed type preservatives under vacuum pressure to ensure protection from attack by micro organisms. Specific stress receiving treatment given to check anti-warp properties which keeps it dimensionally stables in both excessive wet & dry condition through out its life. 10 DECORATIVE LAMINATES - IS 2046 Technical Strength & Flexibility: For more tensile strength & flexibility, unbleached / absorbent craft paper withlong cellulose fiber manufactured from virgin pulp is used.
