6 South Hangar Line Renovation of Historic Hangar Line 2, 3, and 4 Interior & Exterior Alteration/Fit-outs Converting Hangar Space to Office and Facility Space Structural, Architectural, and MEP Trade Renovations PROJECT ON HOLD

7 Secure National Hall Construction of two new Security Screening Check Points (SSCP s) to facilitate the removal of the existing Security Screening Check Points located at each Concourse within the existing Airport. The new Security Screening Check Points are additions that will be constructed over the existing arrivals roadway The work entails full architectural fit out and finishes, MEP and Special Systems required for a complete and operational screening check point. PROJECT ON GOING

8 New North Concourse The project primarily includes the construction of a new concourse facility: Three-levels 230,000 SF 14 aircraft gates New North Concourse will replace the existing ground-loaded regional jet aircraft hardstand operation. The building architecture generally remains consistent with the existing Terminal B/C facility with exposed super structure, glazed exterior curtain wall systems and similar interior finish systems.

Construction phasing, maintenance of roadway traffic, airport aircraft area operations and terminal public and nonpublic passenger operational areas. 2. Demolition of Site utilities, underground structures, retaining walls, roadway paving, aircraft pavement systems and other project site features. Existing North Electrical Substation roof, walls and associated building systems. Portions of existing Terminal B/C roof, aluminum framed and glazed curtain wall system, structure and elements of the existing Loading Dock C, and associated building systems. 3. Utility infrastructure structures/conductors to support storm water systems, electrical duct banks, cabling, natural gas lines, sanitary sewer systems, sanitary pumping station, dedicated fire service lines, domestic water lines and telecommunications duct banks.

30 New North Concourse Package #3: Project Specifics 4. Roadway pavements, concrete sidewalk/curb/ramps, traffic signs, traffic pavement markings, landscaping with site irrigation. 5. Aircraft area pavements, concrete sidewalks/curbs/ramps, vehicle control and parking pavement markings. 6. Installation of cast-in-place concrete with driven piles and drilled concrete pier foundation systems, reinforced ground level slab system on piles. 7. Fabrication and installation of steel superstructure, including steel truss systems, exposed Architecturally Enhanced Structural Steel (AESS) and detailed visible steel fabrications.

Building enclosure including aluminum framed/glazed panel/metal panel curtain wall systems, insulated metal panel systems, non-insulated embossed metal panel systems, concrete masonry unit wall systems and single-ply membrane roofing. 9. Building interior CMU and gypsum board wall systems, interior glazed wall systems, hollow metal door and frames, glazed door systems and vehicle door systems. 10. Building interior finishes including multicolored and patterned terrazzo flooring systems, carpet flooring systems, ceramic tile flooring, ceramic tile walls, high-impact wall systems, column protection, architectural millwork systems, gypsum board systems with reveal patterns, perforated metal decorative wall panels, acoustical panel ceilings, acoustical metal panel systems, perforated metal decorative ceiling panel systems 11. Elevators, moving-walks and associated systems

Medium voltage electrical systems including underground electrical duct banks, new transformers and related equipment associated with the existing North Electrical Substation. 14. LED custom architectural lighting fixtures and controls 15. Telecommunications, security, CCTV, radio and facility-wide paging systems. 16. Outbound baggage handling system with new baggage make-up device and all associated control/power systems. 17. Passenger boarding bridge, pre-conditioned air, ground power, potable water, bag conveyor equipment and systems.
