2 2014 Pavilion COLLECTION Our Story. An American company, Berlin Gardens was established in 1988 by founder Atlee Raber in Berlin, Ohio. With a vision of serving the desire among consumers to take life outdoors, the company began manufacturing wood gazebos and furniture. As outdoor living gained popularity and the company grew, pavilions and pergolas were developed. 4 Craftsmanship 6 Berlin Gardens is an American company our factory is located in Berlin, Ohio. We use advanced, specialized machinery along with traditional methods to manufacture each pavilion. Vinyl components are cut with extreme accuracy. Expert craftsmen hand select wood pieces which are then cut, routed and hand sanded. Skilled workers manufacture each piece, following an efficient assembly process. Visual inspection occurs at each step in the process. 5 THE EASE OF MAINTENANCE-FREE VINYL When you choose a vinyl pavilion, maintenance becomes a worry-free proposition. Durable, strong and beautiful, vinyl requires very little attention. Regular cleaning with a mild dish detergent or similar product is normally all that s required to keep your pavilion looking its best. 17 Assembling your pavilion Looking for an easy way to assemble your pavilion? Let our professional installers help. Contact your local Berlin Gardens dealer about having their experienced professional installer do the job for you. Expect courtesy, care for your property, and complete clean up when the job is done. Have some carpentry skills? In just a day, you and some friends can put together a brand new pavilion. Three or four people are all that s needed to assemble a pavilion in a day. Each piece of your pavilion kit has been carefully crafted and inspected before shipment to assure a smooth, accurate fit. Your pavilion will be strong, stable, sturdy... and gorgeous! Our easy to follow instruction manual will guide you every step of the way. Clear, step-by-step instructions leave nothing to chance or the imagination.
