9 Q-Stop-HT Type: Slip-on Single element Seal Length: 3 to 12 inch. O.D. To suit customer application. Pressure rating: up to 500 psi Pipe Size: 2 3/8 inch to > 7 inch Elastomer: water swelling Temperature: up to 250 Celsius. Salinity: 0 to >20% A low budget single element longer seal designed as a high temperature flow barrier with limited sealing capacity for use on long liners where the requirement is to isolate or compartmentalize sections of the liner for Steam injection use. 10 Q-Splice Control-lines splices in wells are always a potential failure risk. This wear resistant non swell elastomeric slip on (or bonded) splice sub system, is made to suit the customers well configuration and allows for the protection of spliced connections during running in. Is simple to use, with built in line locking and line debris guides which stop debris potentially affecting the splice.

11 Q-Splice Control-lines splices in wells have always a potential failure risk. When control lines are combined with swelling seals either bedded into the seal for maximum pressure containment or inserted into pre formed passages in the seal they ensuring flexibility as well as maximum protection against damage and failure while running into the well.

13 Q-Spectrum and Sealing Q-Spectrum our colored swelling elastomers designed with an eye for future needs and development of swelling elastomers and this has led to a range of new concepts, second and third generation swelling elastomers, and products designed and engineered to not just simply swell with fluid contact, but to use the chemical interaction between elastomer and fluid to enhance the compound properties and be able do more than the basic conventional first generation compounds.
