This Invitation for tender follows General Procurement Notice which appeared in PPRA Tenders Portal, TANROADS Website and in the Daily news paper-tanzania Procurement Journal dated 30 th May The Tanzania National Roads Agency (TANROADS) intends to apply part of Road Funds and Development Funds for year 207/8 budget to cover eligible payments under the Contract for Routine and Recurrent (RR), Periodic (PM), Spot Improvement (SI), Bridge Major Repair (BMR), Bridge Preventive (BP) Maintenance, Rehabilitation (Reh.) and Upgrading Works on various Trunk and Regional roads in Coast Region 3. A complete set of tendering document(s) may be purchased by any interested eligible Bidder on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 5 and upon payment of non-refundable fee shown under each Tender. Tenders will be opened in public and in the presence of Bidders representative who choose to attend in the opening at the Regional Manager s Office, Coast, shortly after closing time and date. 9. The tender validity period shall be 20 days. 0. Telegraphic, Telefax or similar submissions will not be accepted. Tenders not received and not opened in public at tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.. All tenders must be registered to The Secretary, Delegated TANROADS Regional Tender Board, Coast.
