2 SUSTAINABLE SOLUTIONS The Trimoval profiled metal sheet are intended for roofing and cladding of nonheated buildings or as a final lining of ventilated roofs and façades. The Trimoval product group consists of profiled metal sheet with anticondensation insulating layer TPO 1000 and TPO Dom and profiled single skin metal sheet TP 835, TP 650, TPF 835 and TPF 650. Certificates Trimoval cladding sheets have been tested at the ZAG Ljubljana Institute in accordance with the EN Standard and the ETAG 016 Guidelines. All significant characteristics have been tested in accordance with the type of use. Tests have shown that the products meet the Standard s requirements with regards to: walkability, water resistance, dimension tolerances, dangerous substance content, corrosion resistance, excellent fire resistance characteristics with regards to external fire performance (Broof (t1)), as well as flammability (Trimoval TPO: Csz, do). Panels are resistant to sparks of fire (2000/553/EC) and do not spread flames. With the use of the aluminium foil the panel reaches the highest level of resistance to flame spreading. 3 TRIMOVAL TPO 1000 and TPO Dom Trimoval TPO 1000 and TPO Dom are made of galvanized and painted steel sheet and have an 8-10 mm polyurethane spatter coating on the bottom side. The trapezoids are filled with non-inflammable mineral wool. Such layer prevents condensation, thus prolonging the lifespan of the roof panels and roofing. The bottom layer of the panel is closed by aluminium foil. 4 TRIMOVAL TP 650, TPF 650, TP 835, TPF 835 The Trimoval profiled sheets metal are made of galvanized and painted steel sheet. The profiled sheets metal that have an additional layer of fabric on the bottom side, which retains condensation, are called Trimoval TPF. The fabric that absorbs moisture consists of polyester fibres, bonded to steel sheet by acrylic glue (weight 120 g/m 2, moisture absorption 360 g/m 2 ). A continuous alternation between absorption and evaporation is established. The values for the TP 835 profiles apply to minimum loads on supports, which are 60 mm wide, and a maximum deflection criteria of 1/150 with a single span support, and 1/300 with a double and the triple span support.
