The change(s) below, will not affect the project schedule, but may alter your quoted construction costs. This Addendum forms as part of the contract documents and is to be read, interpreted, and coordinated with all other parts. The following revisions supersede the information contained in the original drawings and specifications. Please review the change(s), and include any price revisions in your tender as part of the contract sum. Inform Mayhew Inc of any discrepancies. INSTRUCTION NO. DRAWING NO..
