Management Plan The access or ROW permit is consistent and complies with the requirements of these standards and regulations for the type of work to be performed. The access or work performed will safely and adequately accommodate the type and volume of traffic currently using the access, including emergency and fire eqpt. And vehicles, plus any increase in traffic that may be added by the use accessing the road. Adequate controls have been established to ensure compliance and safety during the course of work. Adequate financial guarantees have been provided to ensure that any problems arising from the work to be performed can be reasonably remedied by the County, if necessary.
