There will not be any doors or any access panels from the exterior. 2. We have aligned the west side of the proposed enclosure perpendicular to this existing edge plane. The existing house is 0.9m from the existing property line. The design will take into account the required FRR for this wall. 3. We have enclosed for your inclusion to our Client s submittal; an exterior elevation facing the neighbors. We have included for two fake windows to articulate this surface so as not present to the surrounding neighbors a blank two storey wall. The corners of the enclosure will mimic the existing brick pattern on the front of the garage. 4. The sole and main purpose of this lifting devise to ensure a quality of life for these parent s son. The son with this elevating means will be able to access the entire range of the family dwelling from the basement to the son s bedroom on the second floor.
