2 Item ID F G General Discussion OAC 17D Thistle-Valmont Square Interior & Exterior Renovation Thursday, March 29, :00 AM Responsibility Due Trash enclosure permit in need of additional information; PEH to issue necessary info to GHP for re-submission with City of Boulder HUD Inspections: Units 16, 21, and Unit signage Update (3/7/18): Any combination of unit numbers will be no wider than 6.5 inches, with numeral height of 4 inches, and thickness of 3/4" Sample of either "36" or "30" to be produced and submitted for approval before all other numbers are manufactured. UPDATE 3/21/18: Samples expected on 3/ GHP to seek pricing for the following changes: 1) Bath accessories - change to chrome and potentially more robust material 2) Millwork Pulls - change to chrome UPDATE 3/22/18: Bathroom pulls only for 3080; all pulls for GHP to pursue deduct back to Thistle for change in hardware from Schlage to Falcon Single-bowl sinks to be provided by Thistle, with appropriate deduct of GHP contract back to Thistle. Install by GHP subcontractor Schedule delays as due to inspector availability: at most 1 week of impact resulting from no available inspectors for entire week of 3/19. Delay also partially caused by inspectors requiring garage drain repair permit on site before any other inspections approved April pay app to be sent to Thistle on Monday 4/ Roof repairs on 3060 are to be billed and coordinated direct with Thistle. New Business Attic Insulation: GHP and s were under impression this work had occured at It has been found that this did not occur, and contractor had planned to complete install on 4/4. Due to 3/30 deadline for 3060 interiors, this work has been canceled. Confirmed with Rachel that attic insulation will still move forward with 3080 and COR 71 for flipping furnace units All persons are requested to review the meeting notes and advise immediately if any items do not reflect their understanding.
