High alkali resistant Joint Tape and Joint Filling Plaster should have applied over all joints. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Joint Tape and Joint Filling Plaster should have applied over all joints of Plasterboards applied horizontally or vertically. After 4 hours upon jointing process, Joint Compound and Basecoat should have applied over the entire area embedded with High Alkali Resistant Plastermesh. Plastermesh should have applied overlapping at intersections by the width of 10 cm. meshed PVC Corner Profile should be used at corners. meshed PVC Drip Corner Profile should be used at windows. After at least 4 hours, finishing coat should be applied to make the whole surface ready for painting. Apply mesh plaster. Joint Compound and Basecoat should have spread with a notch trowel across the entire surface of the drywall. After that, this layer would be used as a base for overlapping 160 gr/ cm 3 alkali resistant plaster mesh. 3 Final plaster coating and paint.
