2 Slabs_LITEFORM 338 LITEFORM and the new reinforcement system for traditional slabs and slabs cast in place present the advantages of improving efficiency, reducing the assembly time and increasing safety on site.

3 Company Projects Products LITEFORM It is a security lightweight formwork for traditional and cast in site slabs, it has been designed with the purpose to increase safety on site, improve productivity and reduce slab implementation times. The system is especially suited for residential construction with rafter and hollow block slabs but it is also suitable for monolithic concrete slab. Safe (it is assembled from below), handy and easy to be assembled (aluminium panels are very light), modular and highly productive, LITEFORM is the reinforcement system for slabs ideal for small and medium-companies for any type of slabs. 8 Slabs_LITEFORM ASSEMBLY Before installation, the props must be reinforced with the related dismantling heads or fixed head. It is sufficient to insert the head into the props the hooking device, prevents the accidental ejection and rotation of the head. Reinforce the props with the related dismantling or fixed heads and place a first row of props by using the tripods (Fig. 1). Once the drop heads have been lowered, all frames are recovered to reuse them in the subsequent stages and a new cycle of production can start (Fig. 6). 344

17 Company Projects Products SLABFORM It is a modular system of formworks in aluminium for the execution of monolithic or lightened concrete slabs cast in place. 31 Company Projects Products LINEAR It is a semi-traditional system for the execution of slabs cast in place with high capacity props which support a primary and secondary frame of wood beams with protected heads.it is ideal for cast slabs in monolithic reinforced or lightened concrete and also for traditional slabs with thick beams. The counter casting surface, usually made by the company, can consist of yellow or blacks panels or various types of plywood 21 or 27 mm thick depending on the architectural requirements and degree of finishing required. The 4-way head allows carrying out primary frames with one or two PL20 LINEAR FORMWORKS WITH DROP HEAD The use of the drop head significantly reduces the amount of material needed to reinforce the slabs. Once the casting has been carried out, after the minimum period of consolidation which mainly depends on the thickness of the slab, type of concrete and external temperature it is possible to proceed with the recovery of tripods and intermediate props. Then, simple hammer blow it is possible to release the fork from the drop head, which lowers itself allowing recovering the primary and secondary PL20 beams and part of the boards. The props with drop head remain reinforced until the complete consolidation of concrete. The recovered components can be reused to reinforce a second slab by using a second set of props. For the reinforcement of a third slab it is possible to use the props of the first slab because the complete consolidation of the first slab allows replacing the props with others of poor performance. The SIMPLEX tables are used for the execution of slabs cast on site with variable geometries and lowered in the presence of perimeter and interior beams. They consist of two base frames with diagonal cross-linked and complemented by forks and adjustable screw bases. The PL20 primary and secondary system completes the table superstructure and plywood. The manual handling of each table is made with translation carts, while moving from one level to the next, using a transport fork with a single crane lift. The ST50 boards are suitable for casting monolithic slabs with large surfaces with standard and repetitive geometries. The low weight and large reinforced areas allow for high productivity. Thanks to the safety characteristics of use, sturdiness and high load capacity, the props are suitable for all the formworks systems for Pilosio slabs and for all fixed heads and drop heads related to every system. Depending on the required capacities, the steel props change from a minimum capacity of kn to a maximum capacity of kn. With regards to the aluminium props, the capacity changes from to kn.
